The place is nice but cost for 2 nights full hookup was $213.21. You have to stay 2 night minimum or pay that

We booked a water/electric 30 amp site at this campground, and parked our 26ft trailer there for 7 days. The site itself was a bit uneven, but manageable, and with a lot of space around it for our 2 dogs to be tethered outside and able to move.
We were one of a dozen campers in a family group on this trip, and the owners were very accommodating on getting our large group in on short notice with covid restrictions forcing us to re-plan our summer trip. They even cleared a tree out of a site to enable one family in our group to get their 45' fifth wheel into the last spot available for such a large trailer!
There was an open-air meeting hall we were given access to at no charge for a family meal on that Saturday. I have to say, in addition to all the hiking and activities in the area, the campground itself had more to do for the family than most campgrounds I've been to, and definitely more to do than any other campground of its size! The large swimming/boating/fishing lake with a floating splash pad and beach was a big hit with the family; and all of that for no additional charge! There was a half-court basketball area, gagaball pit, a bounce pad, and playground as well.
The public shower and restroom facility was clean throughout the week and in good condition. There is an optional holding tank dumping service that the campground will provide at a reasonable cost if you're staying on a site without sewer hookup. I had no cell phone service (sprint), but we went with an inexpensive internet wifi package for the week available at all sites. The owners are very friendly and happy people, and very accommodating for my family group. I would happily camp at this spot again!

Advertises AAA discount, but wouldn't give it to us. Charged holiday weekend rate, I asked why. Said every weekend in summer is holiday for them because they offer grilled food every weekend!!
