It is an older RV Park, and was build for smaller rigs. Today the big rigs, with slide outs and slide ups...fill out the spaces all the way and there is little room in between left. It is an older RV Park, and was build for smaller rigs. Today the big rigs, with slide outs and slide ups...fill out the spaces all the way and there is little room in between left. BUT, the park is very clean, very centrally located, has shade (not like the newer RV park(ing lots) and is very personal. The staff is super nice (!) You can walk to restaurants and supermarket, day tripping to Zion/Grand Canyon North and Bryce is great. Just know it is right next to the biggest intersection in town, so traffic noise during the day & into early evening is unavoidable.
I stay here again, probably not during high season...to crowded.

This is a small RV park on the main highway in downtown Kanab. It is crammed full of RVs so there is no privacy. When we arrived at 4pm the office was locked and unoccupied. This is a small RV park on the main highway in downtown Kanab. It is crammed full of RVs so there is no privacy. When we arrived at 4pm the office was locked and unoccupied. Had to locate the mger to get our site.
One plus was the friendly staff (once you found them). One negative was several sites were not available because the electricity did not work. Would I stay here again? No.

We were on our way to Arizona and decided to spend the night in Kanab. It's a cute town with a really nice community park. Our girls loved playing there. We were on our way to Arizona and decided to spend the night in Kanab. It's a cute town with a really nice community park. Our girls loved playing there. The park itself is near one of the main intersections so it was easy to find. It's a small gravel park and did the job. It was next to a pizza place , which was pretty delicious. Would stay here again, if we are in Kanab again

Evan & Carolyn bought the park last October (2020) and the new ownership does show. Still has a comfortable low key vibe and - can it be !? - the WiFi is very good. Yes, as ‘tight’ as any other place we’ve been. Biggest ‘con’ is the Hwy 89 truck traffic, which comes in all shapes and sizes, and is mere feet from the park and non-sto... more
Evan & Carolyn bought the park last October (2020) and the new ownership does show. Still has a comfortable low key vibe and - can it be !? - the WiFi is very good. Yes, as ‘tight’ as any other place we’ve been. Biggest ‘con’ is the Hwy 89 truck traffic, which comes in all shapes and sizes, and is mere feet from the park and non-stop. Best feature according to the pooch is the very large ATV park one block to the south. Great for exercising and in 3 visits here we’ve never seen it used otherwise. 5% fee break with some affiliations. Excellent hardware store and two very good Mexican restaurants nearby. Large, good general grocery and also a large off-brand grocery are each one block away as is a car/RV wash and laundry business. This location is more the ‘working’ end of town than the northern entrance, which serves most RV’ers well. The very modern La Quinta is only two blocks away, if you want to engineer a rendezvous here with non- RV friends or family. We hold tremendous respect for the owner and senior mechanics at the NAPA Auto Care Center here (also known as Ramsey Towing). First class operation.

We stopped in Kanab on our way to Cedar City from the Grand Canyon. Great location, easy pull though. The spots are definitely tight but the owners/workers were very nice and helpful getting us in. AMAZING water pressure, much needed after boondocking for 3 days!

Great "little" RV park!! Located within an easy walk of all Kanab has to offer which is a lot for a small town. If you are there for Best Friends as we were, it is only 5 miles north of town. Getting in and out could be a problem for "big" coaches otherwise we can highly recommend!

Stayed at unhooked spot, camp host couple are very nice and helpful. Have fire pits and hot water shower in the heated bathroom, like it. Right next to a laundromat.

Located in downtown Kanab Full hook up park. We spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed the convenience of being in town after a day at the National Parks. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The sites were close together real close together. That said I would still stay here again .Kana has a good sized grocery store. Napa Auto part... more

.Kana has a good sized grocery store. Napa Auto parts..Fabulous Tire repair next door. The park recommended an excellent RV mobil repair man.

WOW! ONE shower for the entire park!!..ok 2, 1 female, 1 male, but that’s ridiculous! Plus very cramped with only everything in 1 small space. Only 2 toilets (only 1for men) per gender as well!! Very nice people in the office, but ZERO amenities and basics were super basic! I’d stay at Crazy Horse Resort next time. We stopped there for... more
