Very quaintly decorated, immaculately clean everywhere. Friendly, accommodating owner. Very level gravel/hard dirt pull through sites. I used laundry room (Spotlessly clean)-good machines. Storm blue through so exposed for winds but beautiful view of the valley. Fyi- no propane available anywhere in town.

Clean, well maintained RV park . Sites are level . Beautiful sunsets . Pool , laundry . There is another park that you pass with a similar name ( hillside I think ) but it’ doesn’t look as nice .. recommended if you’re passing through.

Another quick stop for a peaceful nights sleep. The location is perfect for a late night stop. Full hookups are easily accessible, clean and in really good shape! Another quick stop for a peaceful nights sleep. The location is perfect for a late night stop. Full hookups are easily accessible, clean and in really good shape! Although the property is all “dirt” it’s well compacted enough that not much got tracked inside by the kids.
If arriving from the West of the property the LED signage “Enter Here” is not visible and we accidentally passed and tried to enter the dirt road adjoining it.

This is a great place to stop off the I-10. The park is pristine and the staff is friendly and go the extra mile to make sure you are in the right spot. Quite, with nice views.

This place is wonderful! The staff is super friendly, the park itself is super clean. Our dogs loved the puppy patch fenced area. Right off the I-10. Great place to stay for a night or few!

Water and electric on campsite. We don’t use hookup but I believe it’s available. Friendly, helpful folks. Clean bathrooms, hot water for shower. Lots of big rigs in close quarters here. Easy pull through sites with full hookups and picnic tables. Clean laundry room and shower house. Staff was very friendly and always making sure that we were ok.
Easy access from Hwy10, and very low noise from it, the doggy park is of a decent size for dogs to release and get some off the leash time. We didn’t get to use the pool due to being winter season, but it looks great.
Price is reasonable, and people were very friendly too. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall Rating
We had previously stayed here last winter and loved it. Decided to stay again on our annual trip to southern Texas. High elevation provides clear air and nice views. The staff does a great job of keeping this place clean and usable. We will stay again in the Spring.
