I had low expectations for this RV park but the people were nice, the facilities well run. the bathrooms were clean, there were actual hooks for clothing in showers. Had a nice pool. Not much in the way of trees but in the desert you come to expect that. Some freeway noise but it wasn't bad.

While being on top of the hill provides a great sunset view, this visit was highlighted with winds gusting to 40 mph; “breezy” be even west Texas standards!

Spoke to both owners at one point or another and both were very nice and helpful. What I really like is that they always answer the phone! When we arrived there was no one in the office so we used the self check-in. They had us in a site for a 25 ft RV, and we are 45 ft and towing. After phoning the owner, he helped us pick another available site. Unfortunately, it was too short as well so we had to unhook the toad. Not a big deal just inconvenient. An employee came by about an hour later and apologized for the mistake. So kudos for that! Most of the largest sites appear to be on the back two rows. It’s a little tight maneuvering for larger rigs but doable. Luckily, no one was in front of us so we were able to drive through that site when we left. The park is basically a big parking lot with dirt and white gravel throughout. Yes, that white stuff does track in on your shoes. Each site has a (very dirty) picnic table. Some have a small brick patio. Sites are mostly level, and other campers are nearby but not ultra close. Satellite would not be a problem, and the WII FI works pretty darn good. Verizon was 4g 3 bars. The pool looks clean but we didn’t use it. Not even sure it was open yet. They have some interesting yard art that adds a little something something. The park is right on I-10. You can hear traffic, especially with the windows open, but oddly it’s not too overwhelming. Beautiful sunset!

Great for an overnight stop. Easy off>on Interstate 10, all pull through. Modern hookups, brick patio, newish picnic tables. Staff led us to our site. Fenced pet run. IF YOU ARE EAST BOUND on I-10, do not rely on GPS directions.

Clean, well maintained, easy to maneuver larger rigs around, pull through sites, clean and private shower, laundry room, clean dog park, and a small pool too cool off in. Rates are very reasonable and owners are kind and friendly.
