Clean and spacious, clean bathhouse, laundry and quiet. Once in awhile a train passes by. Concrete pad and big rig friendly.

For a private campground, I thought the sites were very decently spaced. The real star of the show was the bathhouse. There were 3 bathrooms each for women and men. Each was very roomy, had a spacious shower with toilet and sink, and was very clean. One of the nicest bathhouses we've seen.
Not far from the highway and easy entry/exit. Would stay again.

Owner sent a text with instructions to check I with a video. The RV pad was level and the sites were large. The restrooms were clean as well as the laundromat. Would definitely stay again if we are in this area.

This was our first stay here. Was surprised at how nice the campground is. Large-level sites. The shower house is the best we have come across. If you are traveling close to Nebraska City this is the place to stay. Only 10 minutes from I-29.

We hoped to stay through Sunday (arrived Wednesday) but got a site through Friday. Would love to stay here again and linger! Quiet and yes, there are trains but not an issue with me. Calms the mind! Nice level concrete pads.
Showers are super clean, like being at 4 star hotel.

The park is well maintained, self check in a breeze and site good size and level.
The noise however is really bad. About 1am a train rode by and shook the camper it was so close. When it blew its horn it sounded like is was inches away. It continued to blow its horn as it drove down the track and you could hear it for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
Around 4am another train, although further away, was also loud enough to wake us up.
Around 5am the street noise started in earnest and the locals started to depart with many loud trucks starting, idling for a while and then pulling out.
I gave it overall 2 stars because it was clean and nice sites but the noise makes it not somewhere for us to stay.

I have nothing, but great things to say about this place. Impeccable campgrounds, beautiful scenery around, amazingly well kept bathrooms and laundry facilities and to top it all off, the manager, Brianne, was very helpful in making sure our stay here was a peaceful one.
Would stay here every chance we get!

We came here to stay for 4 days and ended up extending our stay for another 4 as this place is just the best we have stayed at in our 6 months of living in our RV. The park is well maintained, very clean, has two swing sets for children to play, has a small pond and a walking trail which follows a creek in the back of the RV park. It also has individual bathrooms for men and women to use....each bathroom has its own toilet, sink and shower with enough dry space to get dressed. The laundry room as 4 washers and 4 dryers, with a change and detergent dispenser. It's $1.50 for wash load and another $1.50 for a dryer load.
It's a small town with a Walmart which is 6 minutes driving distance from the park. The park manager, Brianne, is extremely polite and sweet. She is very attentive to her customers' needs and responds promptly to calls. We have had a wonderful time staying here and definitely are marking this as our spot every time we pass through Nebraska!
The only negative is that this area has a bit of a choppy cell phone coverage, we are AT&T customers. Overall, we did not have any issues taking or receiving calls, texts, browsing on our phones, it would just stall every now and then. The Wifi of the park works, but sometimes the signals are weak. Still would stay here any opportunity we get!
