Felt surprisingly remote given its location. Nice wooded spots, quiet, near a lookout down the road over the bay. Good trails nearby.

But the location, view and proximity to the Bay of Fundy’s spectacular tides is, literally, the only place on earth like this. While it is walking distance to the water, there’s lots of parking there too. The town of Alma has a number of brewpubs and restaurants, all catering to tourists.
But watching the tide rise and fall 40+ feet is amazing and you can see it from a view spot at the campground. A total got-to-do it location

If you get hookups you don’t have any really privacy from neighbors. We were in site 58. It was flat, large and allowed sun. We were fogged in so no chance to see sun :( There is a scenic view area near by as well as the stairway down from the camp into town. There is no fire ring at the individual campsite. There is a communal fire ring.

Our site was just large enough for the camper and a pop up tent. Great tree cover, showers and restrooms were very good and cleaned often. We saw a bunny hop around our site a few times. We saw a bunny hop around our site a few times.
When we return I will try and get sites 98, 100, 103, 104, all were a bit larger than 93.
There is beautiful overlook of Alma and the docks from the campground.
The full hookup sites were all pull through and reminded me of a KOA, not much privacy.
Very friendly staff working.
Once again we wish we had a screen room as the mosquitoes are plentiful.

We’re traveling early in the season, and the Headquarters campground is the only one (of three) open. We’re one of a half dozen campers, and the Park service is still opening up, so some of the facilities are under repair.
The sites around us are level pull throughs, and accommodate big rigs just fine. Our area is sunny enough to be comfortable, and there are plenty of trees for shade as well. There are tent only sites on another loop, with the typical kitchen shelter in addition to restrooms and hot showers.
There are dozens of hikes, from on boardwalks, to strenuous workouts in the park, and several places to view the famous tides.
The nearby town of Alma is in walking distance, and has several lobster joints and a craft brewery. We’ve been advised that the local bakery has excellent sticky buns, which we’ll confirm tomorrow.
A note on pricing - the National Parks have a daily fee in addition to the camping fee. It’s called out well on their web site, but you may want to factor that in to your budget.
