There is no swimming pool.
This is one of the few places in this area that allows kids!
The park is within walking distance of the cute little historic town of La Mesilla, which has a lot of fun little restaurants.
There is also an RV store just a block away, in case you need anything for your RV.
Internet was in and out the whole time, when it worked it was blazing, but just went away for long stretches.

I won't go into too much detail (see our previous review). Still a great place to stay, and visit the area. This time we went to White Sands. A fun trip for sure. 5 Stars all the way

The location is great and Las Cruces is a nice town. Easy day trip to White Sands Natl Monument and WS Missle Range Museum. Went to Hatch to buy chiles and took scenic drive back on 180.
Great breweries, loved the Spotted Dog and Peakcho Peak! Lots of great restaurant options too. Check out the Bosque state Oark nearby and the great paved beauty me trains along the Rio Grande.
A week just flew by!

This one of the better parks we've stayed in. It's location is great very near Old Mesilla. The entire park was spotless. Garbage picked every morning at your site. The office/clubhouse was quite upscale and offered comfortable sitting areas and a small store. Staff was courteous and even provided menus from local restaurants for our preview. You can walk to a Walmart super store from the park. Laundry room and bathrooms were spotless and all washers and dryers worked. (There's a first). Wi-Fi was solid and only occasionally slowed.

After a bad day at another local park, this was a welcome change! What a nice little gem this is, if you're just traveling the Interstate and need a quick stopover, or staying for a while like we did. You can tell this was designed by an RV'r. 80% Pull Through, with the most level gravel we'll ever see. They run a screen through like you see in Baseball after each RV leaves, so it's perfect for the next guest. The bathrooms are great and showers are individual rooms, clean as a whistle. There is a small gym, Hot tub, and nice lounge area behind the Main building. Full laundry, all machines worked! The Main Building also has a beautiful small gift shop with local salsa, etc. No onsite groceries, but a 2 minute drive get's you across the highway to a huge Walmart, There is a really nice RV shop within a few hundred feet if you need a repair, or parts.
The best part of this park for us was the proximity to Mesilla, where we spent much of our time riding our bicycles to. A nice historic town with small shops, eateries, St Clair Winery where I had the best damn meatloaf! and without a doubt the best barber shop " Cheeky Chaps" . We also took a trip to Hatch, but bypassed Sparky's and ate at another local restaurant, and of course got some fresh Green Chili Power that will hold us for the next year! The only downside I can see is there is noise from the Highway.

This is easy access from the interstate. That being said, you can also hear the interstate traffic all day and night. It didn't bother us, as we sleep with white noise. This was a quiet park, other than traffic noise. No rowdy campers while we stayed. The office is very nice. Office staff members were all very nice, as were the cleaning crew, and maintenance crew. A gift shop with local products was within the office building. We bought some green chile salsa and some red chile sauce - YUM! Really nice outdoor area off the office building with chairs and tables (shaded and sunny), a babbling fountain, and a large fireplace. There is a very large hot tub fully privacy fenced with nice shrubbery that is open 24/7. Laundry facility is large and clean. Indoor showers and restrooms were also nice. Each shower is it's own room with a sink. Our site was very hard packed pea gravel that was spotless when we arrived. Minimal leveling required. We kept commenting that even up close it looked like concrete. There are fences between each group of pull-through sites. You are doubled up with another unit facing the opposite direction, but the sites are so wide that you can nudge yourself over to get a little extra space and still be able to put your awnings and slides out. In fact, we were able to park our JK beside our widebody bus! Easy approach and departure. Good amperage and water pressure. They pick up your trash each day when you place it on the curb. We don't have a dog, but noticed that the dog run is pretty nice. Do not confuse it with a dog park - it's a dog run. It's really long and grassy. Even though you're right in the city, the stars were beautiful. Also, the location is great - Historic Downtown Mesilla is less than a mile. Wonderful restaurants, cafes, breweries, wineries, and shops are easily accessible. We kinda fell in love with Las Cruces - perfect weather, not too big/not too small, and SO much to do in the area: White Sands National Monument is a must! Drive up to Truth or Consequences (1hr) to tour Spaceport America (so interesting and informative) or soak in a hot spring, eat at Sparky's in Hatch on your way back home, hike Dripping Springs, take a four-wheel drive trail to a ghost town, etc.

We were here only for 3 nights on our way to Tucson in January 2015. It's a nice clean RV park. The pull through sites are separated by fencing and landscaping to give some privacy but that also means the camping side feels a little tight. Since we didn't have any neighbors during our stay it was ok but I would feel cramped if we happened to be here during a busy time. They have a long dog park area at the edge of the resort. It's almost like a water runoff area but it works great for playing ball. After one full night of rain though, the dog park was unusable due to the inch of standing water. The campground host was very nice, the landscaping is well done, and the sites are gravel and level. There isn't a lot of traffic noise even though it is right off the highway. They probably have a fair number of activities for their guests but since we were there during New Years Day, there wasn't much happening and it felt a bit like a ghost town so it's hard to evaluate what it would be like when busy. We would do a short stay here again.
