Yes, ok to swim, subject to the Board Posting but there were peeps swimming and skiing.. Dumb en fill in city park use the dump apps t pin it down... a lot of group camping so there are spots around, just have to drive on down the road lining the bank there.. Nothing special that I recall, been some time so might have developed but should be able to find one right on the water.. good luck
