I am not sure. We have stayed there many times and have never seen one in use. You'd have to call them. There is an Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife Ladd Marsh Refuge across the road, but again I don't know if they allow them. Again, you would have to call the La Grande ODFW office. Good luck!
