Overall Rating

This place is poorly maintained and built on a swamp. Chances are if it’s rained and you have a big unit it will sink. Pads are overgrown and grounds are full of ants and weeds. Standing water brings more mosquitoes than you could ever handle. Pool if they actually maintain it. Park is run by duck dynasty rednecks and that’s exactly what this place attracts. They allow old junky trailers that don’t keep their sites tidy. There isn’t anything decent in the vicinity so it is what it is.
