We only stayed a week, but it was a nice interlude between boondocking at National Parks. We would definitely return. The spots were tidy, the showers and laundry were clean and available 24/7. The facilities were excellent with numerous classes, events, and really something for everyone.

Our average was $42 per night as our first week was $27 with Passport America membership & second week was $54 the regular price as there are no discounts during the busy season of January 1st-April 30th. After purchasing Passport America we are finding that a lot of the RV Parks only honor it for a 2-3 day stay & not during the high season of January1st-March or April. We traveled in a 24’ Sunseeker Motorhome & did not tow so left off & on with our rig. Secure facility with someone at the entry building every time. Our site was very convenient to the laundry & public restrooms. The laundry facility was really clean & pay was by credit card. The roads are really nice & well maintained. Our site was a back in on rock a pad with full hook ups on driver’s side with cement pad big enough to park tow vehicle & still have patio area for chairs etc. Downside during the China Virus masks were required in buildings & temp was taken before entering pool area. Pickleball was shut down effective December 18th until further notice. A weekly calendar of events is available included live music in the pool are, New Year’s Eve “Night In Paris” dinner celebration in the ballroom, Wednesday night movies, fitness & exercise, bingo, Sunday chapel service... Complex consists of 1,100+ sites with lots of park models with RV spots sites scattered between. We chose this RV Park as we were connecting with relatives in the area. We enjoyed our walks through the park especially when the holiday lights were shining.
