Very nice people run this park. Well maintained. As someone previously mentioned, full timers keep their spots beautiful. Level spots with good tree coverage. My husband & I got in around 9 and it was raining. We tried two power cords at three different spots and each time it kept blowing. It was pushing volts but not amps. After tw... more
Very nice people run this park. Well maintained. As someone previously mentioned, full timers keep their spots beautiful. Level spots with good tree coverage.
My husband & I got in around 9 and it was raining. We tried two power cords at three different spots and each time it kept blowing. It was pushing volts but not amps. After two hours of trying different cords, spots, calling our friend who is an R.V. mechanic, leaving messages for the park (no after hours number) we finally just ran our generator (and seriously debated leaving bc we didn’t want to disturb others). The owner called the next morning and said they checked and the issue wasn’t on their end. and that was it…
Was disappointed in how they handled the situation.
Like I said, they’re all very nice and it’s a well maintained park that clearly has a great community. I do not want to bring their rating down on Google bc I own a business as well. But be cautious if you stay that power may be an issue.

Overall Rating
One night stopover. Just off I-80. Courteous employee showed us to our site. We didn’t detach our 5th wheel, so we weren’t level, but it was only for 1 night. Grounds are clean. Very quiet.

Stopped over for one night passing through the area. The campground was neat and clean, lots of permanent RVs with some really nice set ups. Facilities were really clean I was impressed with that. Playground is pathetic looks like it’s extremely dangerous and from the 1970s. Not much to it at all. Nothing my 2 year old could play on. P... more
Stopped over for one night passing through the area. The campground was neat and clean, lots of permanent RVs with some really nice set ups. Facilities were really clean I was impressed with that. Playground is pathetic looks like it’s extremely dangerous and from the 1970s. Not much to it at all. Nothing my 2 year old could play on. Pool looked ok nothing special. Camp sites all very close together.
