Parked right by the lake. We were the only ones there. Very quiet and peaceful. No running water. Restroom with non-flush toilets. Covered picnic tables.

Access from the highway is via a short dirt road passable by anything.
It's a little slope-y as you get away from the shoreline, so some leveling or creative parking will be necessary.

The site had not been mowed in quite a while and I cleaned up some cans and bottles.

We have a 41’ motorhome and it was easy access and we found a level spot.
We are self contained, so didn’t use the facilities.

Arrived around 3:30 on a Saturday, only camper in sight. There were a few boats on the lake. The place is relatively clean with a fire ring. Would have given 5 stars, but the biting horse flies suck.

Stayed one night while heading south. Drove through the middle of nowhere to get to it and pulled in right at sunset to a completely empty park. Looks like a nice little place with picnic tables and fire rings, also had a dumpster and a boat launch. Absolutely no one else around except a lot of geese and waterfowl. Staying in March means it’s frigid temps, it was 17 the night we stayed. The pond/lake had ice flows on it and froze over that night, the geese were walking around on the surface the next morning.
Great stop over for a peaceful nights sleep, for free! Plus had good cell service with AT&T.

Found this spot while heading north and it was great for a night. There are a couple picnic tables around in a field and you’re right along the lake which had a beautiful sunset. You are allowed to stay up to seven nights and it is free. There are two little shelter areas & a playground but it has not been mowed yet for the season so hard to access. There is a dumpster and thought toilets available for use vault, I did not use them. felt safe and it was peaceful. Has 2-3 bars LTE via ATT. I was the only one there.

This place is a gem. Right off the road and easy access for big rigs. There is a dumpster but no other services. The lake makes for spectacular sunsets.
