Overall Rating
We arrived 1am and the manager received us with big smile and great attitude. The space is very clean. We spent one night hooked up with no major issues.
Definitely a place that we can return any time

The onsite manager was very friendly and the place overall was clean. The issues we had is when we arrived we were directed to one of two pull thru sites. One was accessed by driving into a narrow park and the other was accessed from the road, both sites were next to each other. We took the one accessed from inside the park so that we could just pull out onto the road when we left. After placing the trailer in position so that the slides would miss the pedestal and streetlight we found that the front of the truck stuck out close to the road so we elected to park behind the trailer. Later we ran to the store and on returning to our site found a camper van parked behind out trailer and was advised that we would need to park on the street side because they were in there site. Come to find out these were not true pull thru sites but four separate sites, with the campervan parked within 3 feet of our cargo carrier. The trailer in the other (Pull thru) site was within 2 feet with ours and their slide outs extended. Again we had no issues with the long term residence or manager of the park. This was only a stop over for us so that we could visit family and then be on our way but again we still wish to feel comfortable in our site. We camped at Fresno Mobile Home & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Called early in the morning and a lady answered. We needed a pull through spot for just one evening and she said come on through. Fam of 4 with a dog. Called early in the morning and a lady answered. We needed a pull through spot for just one evening and she said come on through. Fam of 4 with a dog. We pulled up and felt a little uneasy because it looked very small and VERY TIGHT. Looks like mostly full timers stacked up back to back against their cars. But the lady and the maintenance guy were so nice helping us into the spot, we decided to try it out. The 3 pull through spots are next to the side of the office, So away from everyone else these there. Shade from big trees and right next to bathrooms/laundry and pool.Loved that! Restrooms were very nice! Large showers and clean. Laundry room was basic and worked fine. Kids enjoyed the pool. Not large but not too small either. Internet was decent. The place is great for a night or two. Those pull through spots are more comfortable. Leveled with a little breathing room between. The staff really is what brings this place from a 6 to a 8.5. We would stay here again.

We left as soon as we got there. Reserved Spot was not going to work. Entrance & driveway was packed with over flow cars and trucks. We left as soon as we got there. Reserved Spot was not going to work. Entrance & driveway was packed with over flow cars and trucks. A broken side gate swinging open next to the office almost prevented our truck & trailer from leaving safely. The pull thru spot we had reserved was completely blocked by another “full timers” 5th wheel. The office was technically “closed “ but doors were left open, so that caused confusion. We barely made it back out of the circle driveway. The 5 mins we spent in the park we heard fighting & smelled noxious chemicals from the surrounding rigs. We quickly decided this was not a place for us. Disappointed. Campendium & Ghetto Sam need to revisit this place.
