I can't say much about the campground. The night I checked in, it was snowing when I arrived and snow on the ground when I left. However, one of the staff met me as I was pulling in and took me directly to my location. Super nice guy but didn't talk long due to the pretty decent snow shower. I can't say much about the campground. The night I checked in, it was snowing when I arrived and snow on the ground when I left. However, one of the staff met me as I was pulling in and took me directly to my location. Super nice guy but didn't talk long due to the pretty decent snow shower.
Campground appeared to be an former KOA, so there's a pool, mini golf, and a A-frame building (didn't go inside).
There isn't much nearby unless you travel another 10 or so miles to downtown Bedford which I found quite nice.

Stayed here for our first outing in the camper. Was close to home and allowed us to test the waters. Stayed in the back on full hookups semi shaded lot that didn’t require very much leveling. Wasn’t expecting that much, chose it for location and place to work for the week based on owner stating wifi was good when I called. First, Mike the owner could not have been nicer. He gave us a spot to make sure we got good Wi-Fi and we were able to work all week with 0 issues (video calls, email etc). The camp ground did have a few l... more
Wasn’t expecting that much, chose it for location and place to work for the week based on owner stating wifi was good when I called. First, Mike the owner could not have been nicer. He gave us a spot to make sure we got good Wi-Fi and we were able to work all week with 0 issues (video calls, email etc). The camp ground did have a few long term residents in campers and the cabins but everyone was nice/kept to themselves.
The campground had a lot of trees, a little walking path through the woods and a mini golf on the grounds. The pool looked nice but we were there in April so it wasn’t opened yet. Fire rings at each site and wood was available and cheap. Overall it just felt super campy and we really enjoyed our stay.
I would almost look for a reason to come back and stay here in the summer if there was more to do in the area oh and the price was great too! $35 a day or $25 a day for the week.

Overall Rating
Great spot, nice and clean. The owners were very friendly and the office stays open until 8 pm. They have full and partial hook ups, pool and mini golf. 50 and 30 amp. I was able to stream Netflix for those who work from the road.
