Just off a fairly busy road. Lots of cars coming in and out, just before dark, possibly to checkout the river. There is a dumpster, picnic tables and fire rings but no porta potty

This is more like a boat ramp as the other person suggests but there is a large grassy area that my pup enjoyed playing fetch in. There are fire pits, a clean porta potty, and small shelter from rain. There were a few people in and out that were fishing/boating and there is a little noise from the road right next to it, but a peaceful ... more

Overall Rating

The "city park" is more like a boat landing with a grassy area, a couple fire rings and several picnic tables. Very laid back and no one really here which is great for us. There is a dumpster also and you are right on the river. So...it beats Walmart parking lot (where we camped last night) and I would definitely stay here again. There... more
