We stayed for a few months last summer and loved every single day.
Sites are very nice and is a very small park that provided an exclusive taste

We learned the owners sold this park to a winery or something in that nature.

Will miss that little campground

“RVers BEWARE!! READ WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING HERE!!”

noted 7/8/2021

Be very careful if you plan to book an RV site at the Four Season RV Resort in Gold Beach Oregon as you may find your reservation canceled by the owner. Before I tell you what happen, you need to know that we are a retired professional couple (IT Executive and School Teacher) and have been fulltiming in our custom class A custom Tiffin motorhome for over 2.5 years. We have booked and stayed at hundreds of RV Parks and RV Resorts across the country. This is not our first RV rodeo and we are careful about where we choose to stay.
We are in the process of booking our summer trip up the Oregon coast. This has been one of our top bucket lists RV routes. My wife called Four Season RV Resort in Gold Beach and spoke to a very pleasant woman who informed us that they had a cancelation and they could offer us a spot for one week. My wife was elated and reserved the site and gave them our credit card to charge the $100 deposit. The spot they discussed was one that use to be two spots. When doing my normal RV spot research I couldn’t find any photos or information to insure our 37 foot Tiffin motorhome would fit. So I responded to an email sent by the Four Season RV Resort and just asked about the spot and its ability to accommodate us. At the end of my email I also let Four Seasons know that we try to provide detailed reviews for all parks where we stay. We courtesy inform all RV parks this information as we don’t want anyone to be surprised. Most of our review range from 4 stars to 4+ and 5 stars. We read all reviews and we also want other RVers to hear recent experiences. When I woke the next day I found and email in my box from Mark, the Owner of Four Seasons RV Resort, informing me that he had CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AND REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT. That’s it!! Nothing else. We thought maybe Mark had misread our email or may not have even read it at all. My wife prompted called the Four Season office and spoke to the woman who booked our reservation. She said Mark was the owner and she would pass our message onto him. I then emailed Mark again and expressing my confusion at the abrupt cancellation. He emailed me back in the afternoon stating exactly the same note of YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND REFUNDED. Nothing else. My wife called the office again and the women told her she passed the information onto Mark and that was “all she could do”. I emailed Mark again expressing my wish to speak with him as I figured this was just a miscommunication. STILL NOTHING!! My wife called a third time today and the women told my wife that we were off the books. The owner never returned our call. Never responded to what the issue was with our reservation. NOTHING!!!
BEWARE YOU MIGHT END UP WITH A CANCELLED RESERVATON TOO!! With no place to stay in a popular area. The best we can guess is that maybe Mark, the Four Season RV Resort Owners, was still seething from a previous review that he didn’t like. Or perhaps he things we are somebody else. But we will never know as MARK WILL NOT TALK TO US AT ALL!! I fully understand that Mark has the ability to cancel any reservation he likes. I get it, he is the owner. But we RVers also have the right to choose which parks we visit. It would appear that the owner of the Four Season RV Resort does not care about his customers or future customers. He also seems irrational and not reliable or dependable. We have NEVER had another experience like this one. WE WILL NOT BOOK WITH FOUR SEASON RV RESORT in GOLD BEACH EVER AGAIN. We also want everyone to know our experience. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. I guarantee you that the Four Seasons RV Resort will randomly cancel another reservation for someone else. I’m sure Four Season is a lovely park, but we will never know. There are LOTS of other parks in the area.
As mentioned, this is our first stay on the Oregon coach. I must say we have a very sour taste in our mouth now. I hope Oregon is not a regret and this is normal for other Oregon RV Park Owners. Its sad as its people like us that spend lots of money in these seaside towns.
