Beautiful scenery here at this little military campground! The weather was unbelievable! Not to hot or cold! It was a bit difficult to check in but that was because we got here during a holiday weekend! The military service members were extremely nice and friendly. I wish I could have served here when I was in!
camper-705277 would stay here again

“Big wooded sites. ”

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks while training at a nearby military base in my 33 ft TT. The sites were very spacious but the trees made it a bit tight in a few locations. I was in site 8 which is the hardest site I have ever had to park my RV in. Other sites were much better with big rigs. The sites are water and electric only and there is a dump station at the entrance from the road. The bathhouse was a bit dated but clean inside with a free laundry room. The WiFi towers in the park have a signal but no internet. The old camp office at the entrance does have WiFi but I had to park next to it to use it. The cell signal is almost non existent and often dropped completely. There were a few quiet beaches nearby and you can tour the old lighthouse within walking distance. Virginia Beach is about a 10 min drive.
