Much like a county park, but with full hookups and a fence all around it. We stayed two nights so that we could ride a portion of the Longleaf Trace, which starts about 6 miles away in Hattiesburg near the University of Southern Mississippi. Drop fee in the Honor Box near the entrance. It was $20 in December 2023, but I was told it was going up to $25/night January 1, 2024.

Sites are narrow and not level (meaning concrete pads were paved on the mildly sloping terrain as it is) Park is safe and convenient to Hattiesburg. Will stay again.

We arrived on Saturday morning to this huge Rv park. It is $20 per night. You put the money in the box on your way in. We stayed three days. Electricity, sewer, water, and cell service.
A livestock show was going on this weekend. We enjoyed seeing the animals and judging.

The biggest challenge with this location is finding the entrance. It is a multi use facility and the entrance is down a concrete drive in between a chain-link fence and very large animal barns.
This is a very spartan facility, it has full hook ups which are in average condition. Everything worked, large rigs will need to back in, sites are not level, but if you’re looking for necessities, this place will do the job. It’s very convenient to Hattiesburg, there is a Walmart Supercenter about 15 minutes away. There were about 4 other RVs on our 2 nights. A couple look permanent.
My expectation is that this facility is typically used by RVs that are visiting for agricultural events on the property.
It appears that payment is honor system at the entrance, there’s a metal lockbox.
There is a public restroom, and dumpster. I didn’t use the e restroom, so I can’t speak to its condition.
I wouldn’t consider this a vacation destination, but if you’re passing through Hattiesburg, it’s a great deal and once you figure out the access, it’s easy to maneuver. You won’t be crowded!

Hookups are at back so you need long cord and hoses. Sites are not level. Only 5 others when we were there on a Saturday night in September. Grass had recently been mowed and clippings covered sites so much that it was difficult to see concrete pads. Easy access and convenient location.

There were 4 other RVs in the park and this was a nice place to get some artwork done and restock on some much needed supplies (in Hattiesburg). They have a sewer outlet, but, there is no cover on the opening. The manager is very easy going and informative. This complex is an amazing equine (or other livestock) place! There is a pond/park where (I think) you can fish or walk your dog. Though, I tried to go there in the morning of the first, it was locked. I'm sure it was because of the holiday. Easy, breezy! I would stay again at this time of year!

Spent 3 night's here in the middle of January. The park is part of a a county multi purpose complex. This weekend they were hosting some type of motor cycle event so there was some noise associated with that but not bad. Otherwise it was quite and relaxing. From the looks of it the host livestock related type event's here (on the complex in adjacent area's) as it's set up well with portable stalls, power, washing area's etc for livestock. This area is across from the camping area.
All the sites are in one big fenced in area (Google maps will give you a good idea). There's a small lake near by on the other side of the fence but we didn't explore it. It's worth noting that the sites are on rolling hills so for a larger RV you might have trouble finding a lot level enough if the park is very full. Fortunately it was nearly empty when we came in so found a site we could level on. The power was another issue. The pedestal numbered for our use would keep blowing the L1 leg so I eventually plugged into the otherside (fortunately no one was camping on that site) and it worked fine the rest of our stay.
We did not use the bath house so don't know the condition of that facility but it was located at the front end just outside of the fenced area.
We choose this park as it was located near a friend we were visiting in the area. Also, found the Verizon cellular wifi to work well for us - Verizon LTE 4g at 8pm in evening 34.69 Mbps download 15.18 Mbps upload.
