If you are expecting to fill with fresh, I'd find another spot.

Awkward location of dump but we made it work for our 35’ 5th wheel. Good Sam discount of $2.50 off the $10 price. Go inside to pay and get a code to open dump.

“Very busy trucker stop”

It was totally full of big rigs so it was loud and there was lots of exhaust. The spaces were back in only and we didn’t want to detach our tow vehicle, so we parked in the harbor freight parking lot right next to it which had lots of no overnight parking signs, but no one bothered us. Not a great stay. Would only stop here in a pinch.

“Very convenient, but expensive, dump/propane/fuel”

I have a 39' diesel pusher and the dump station / propane / diesel were all very easy to access for me. First I dumped, then I looped around the pumps and into the propane area and then simply pulled forward to fill up with diesel, then looped around the pumps again to go through the Blue Beacon truck and RV wash!! It was only $39 to wash my entire coach! There were about 10 guys on power washers so it wasn't the most detailed wash job, but for $39 I was extremely pleased with it!
Entering the Flying J parking lot to dump should be done via the Blue Beacon entrance, not the entrance at the traffic light on the far side of the Flying J. It's much easier to just drive into the dump from the Blue Beacon entrance.
TIPS: I paid $3.39 for propane at Flying J and then noticed that some little mom and pop shops further down Route 66 (towards Peach Springs) were selling it for $1.99 and Maverick just a few blocks in that same direction had diesel for 20 cents cheaper per gallon!!! Darn it!! The Flying J (or Loves) are the only options for the dump station that I am aware of (Maverick doesn't have a free one like they often do) so I don't think you'll be able to find a dump station for less dollars. However, Flying J diesel and propane are definitely expensive compared to other nearby options.

“Dump not suitable for big rigs - not level”

If you have a small camper this may work for you but a large rig is a right fit in this location. You have to make a sharp left as you enter the car area of the truck stop. Then after dump you must drive forward past the store entrance with all the cars coming and going. Then you must loop back around to where you came in.

We pulled in just to dump, the free dump is now $10. We moved on since the next night we were planing on staying at an RV park and our tanks were only 2/3rd full.

Easy, free and safe overnight stay while traveling. Of course there’s the constant noise of the idling big rigs, so sleep wasn’t great and both my husband and I woke up with headaches, we thought maybe from the exhaust. But, can’t complain too much since it was free.

Stayed here for one night on our way to the Grand Canyon. Arrived at 12:40am and there were plenty of parking spots and other Campers/Vans parked for the night. Got a quick 5hrs of sleep before heading back on the road.

“Dump station, but no fresh water available”

Scoped this place before trying to tow our fifth wheel. Would be convenient enough to dump, but there is no potable water to fill fresh water tank.
