Overall Rating

Extremely well laid out campground with spacious sites. Very clean and landscaping accents just add to the atmosphere. Great sunset views.
Only improvement needed would be paved roads to cut down noise and dust. Otherwise, an excellent campground.

We stayed at Finger Lakes RV Resort in Hector, a short drive from Watkins Glen and Ithaca, in search of waterfalls and wine in the Finger Lakes region of NY state. This is our second stay at this beautifully thought-out campground. Our first stay was in 2022 when they first opened. Since then, sites have been leveled, all of the amenities are completed, with some of the nicest bathroom facilities you will ever find. Walking distance to 2 wineries and many more just up the road. Very quiet and clean the owners the are very nice they even gave out a Wonderful chocolate chip cookies upon arriving. Will go back !!!

Park is new as of May of 2022. This place is awesome. Tons of wineries within driving distance, about 15 minutes to Watkins Glen. Loved our stay here: spacious sites, excellent bathhouse, great location.

FYI- As of Oct 2022. Laundry is not yet operational.
If you are a big rig and coming in from the south, don’t let google take you down Cass Road. Extremely steep!
