Arrived shortly after sundown. The road was rocky getting into the site, but that's expected on a forest service road. The campsite I had was right next to the ridge overlooking the valley, and had a perfectly round firepit made of rocks. A truck came speeding down the road honking their horn at one point in the night, but otherwise the only noise was the wind.
Come sunrise, the valley came into clear view as the light played across it and it was beautiful. Other people mentioned bees, and there are indeed a lot of bees! None of them bothered me, but the surrounding foliage was alive with buzzing. The sun also revealed quite a bit of trash, shell casings and broken glass. Pack it in, pack it out, folks!

I stopped in for a quick overnight. It was in December and the snow was amazing. I didn't go up much past the loop because it was under 4ft of snow. But snowmobile and 4x4s did give a path up the the fork.
Stayed overnight and saw a few families getting Christmas tress.
It was more then quite but the absence of sound. I loved it

Decent campsite. Road was a little rocky to get back to but that Is expected when dispersed camping. Beautiful view for sunset & sunrise. HOWEVER we woke up to a swarm of yellow jackets all over our vehicle and tent.
This site it a bit unleveled for vehicle camping but there was a decent flat spot for a tent or small car.

Fairly narrow road leading up along the lake but could be reached rather easily by car. Came up after dark and there were a few moments I was glad I wasn't pulling a trailer.

We did not have a trailer but there would have been room for one. The site was quiet but there was quite a bit of trash all around. It worked for us because we got there late and left early but for someone looking to hang out outside for a couple days, maybe look for a different site.

While the parking lot itself was empty of any campers, cars and trucks zoomed up and through the roads throughout the evening, including a few that stopped in front of their van to answer the call of nature. Once night settled in, things calmed down a bit. The campsite has several areas it appeared for dispersed camping, but the main area itself has a lot of trash. Note that there is no Sprint coverage here.

I really wanted to spend 2 weeks at this spot, but I can't put up with being swarmed by yellow jackets, so I bailed. I tried several of the available spots around the coordinates provided, and none worked for me, so I had to move on. I would love to return here at a time that it's not swarming with the hornets, though.
The view from this spot is simply amazing. Verizon reception was totally acceptable, although spotty. Great sunlight for the solar panels, without being unbearably hot. Very close to Coeur d'Alene and facilities there.
The road up is almost entirely paved, until you get to the large parking lot that is largely gravel. The road is then a dirt road to the coordinates provided. Those towing may wish to unhitch at the parking lot and scope out anything further from there with a smaller, easier to turn around, vehicle. The lot is always available if that doesn't work, although I didn't get any Verizon at the lot (didn't try turning on my booster, though).
I was able to snag the spot at the specific coordinates provided. When I arrived, there was a lot of garbage all over this site. Broken glass, nails, plastic bottles, food wrappers, a ridiculously large amount of firearm shell casings of various kinds, etc. I cleaned up enough that I was comfortable enough there, but it was very messy. Some of the other spots I saw were cleaner but either had poor cell reception, too much shade for relying on solar, and/or will still swarming with yellow jackets themselves.
The site I did stay at was not very level. A small vehicle, like mine, can find a level setting without much effort, and it's probably easier if you actually have leveling blocks or something. Otherwise, the site was pretty good. Not particularly large at all, but good.
There is some noise of OHV and other vehicles coming through during the day, with a reasonable frequency. At night, however, the silence is deafening. The daytime noise was not enough to detract a star, especially with how awesomely quiet it was at night.
For Verizon, I got more than acceptable speeds for my purpose, but it would occasionally drop. It was good enough that I could have gotten work done there without significant enough problems.
I'm still kind of bummed this spot didn't work out for me. I would love to come back another time, hopefully without the yellow jacket problem. The messiness of the one spot was a bother, but I've seen much worse, and it was reasonable to clean up the worst of it.
