Great bathhouse. Playground for little ones. I never got a bite in the pond. Flies were bad the one day I was there that is was warm. Horse stables and goats on the property. Lots of long term residents.

This is a very convienient place to stay between Atlanta on your way to Florida (or vice versa). Really easy access from I-75 and I felt like there were a variety of sized rigs there. The RV Store had a nice selection of things you may need for emergencies - and we felt like it was a quiet stay!

WiFi was good. There are A LOT of seasonal, full-timers staying here. The only negative was there is a lot of road traffic driving in/out all the time. The park has strict signs and cameras monitoring speeds and warn of fines if exceeded.
Full hookups, WiFi and decent facilities... it was great for an overnight and easy to get to.

Convenient park for the route we were taking, but huge and crowded. Gravel sites and out outside space was taken by the sewer hookup of the next rig. 280 sites, need I say more.

Stopped on our wat down to FL from TN. Staff was friendly & helpful. Sites were gravel and fairly level. Power, water, & sewer were fine. Easy in and out. It was quiet and clean with lots of trees. And a first for us, we were given a Vidailia onion when we checked in. We camped at Fair Harbor RV Park in a Motorhome.

The showers are large and clean. There are some out in the campground and accessible showers in the main building that were pretty great- you could roll a wheel chair into the shower if you wanted. They could use more places to put your things and more handrails, and that includes the sidewalk outside. But the water was hot and the pressure was great.
The laundry is good sized, some coin only and some card. There’s a cozy little rec room to wait in if you prefer not to leave your clothes unattended. I didn’t have much reason to interact with staff, but when I did they were friendly and helpful.
I would happily stay here again.

I thought the place was a good value. Clean restrooms and shower. Neat grounds with pull thru sites. The only thing spoiling the stay was all the nasty signs. Do this, don’t do that, can’t you read the sign.

Arrival - Super easy with online booking. Approach and registration lanes were easy to locate and navigate; plenty of space. Office staff were super friendly, helpful, and quick; even gave me a military discount without me even asking.
Tips - If you have kids, get a spot closer to the playground which, is conveniently located next to the dog park. If you don't have kids, find a spot as far away from the campground as possible. If you are a Starlinker, choose your sight wisely for open sky access; lots of trees.
Favorites - Nice convenient store at check-in. The park is well lit and signage is everywhere. Nice little lake in the middle of the park. Playground very close to our site for the littles.
Negatives - Other than wonky (a length of unsupported pvc tubing sticking out of the ground with a spigot on it) water service, nothing really negative to report for a simple overnight.

Great atomosphere, beautiful lot, they had horse stables on site that I took my girls to see the horses and there was also a whole bunch of goats that kept my daughters entertained. The pond is supposed to be stocked but after fishing for over an hour no bites on our poles. My only complaint is the amount of ants everywhere… EVERYWHERE, especially down by the pond. I tried to find a single spot to stand to take pictures of my daughter and there were millions of ants, no exaggeration. We only got a couple of bites they weren’t fire ants but they were even under the rocks at our camp site. Bath houses were close by and clean, people were friendly, and grounds were well kept.

Our family needed a place to stay for the night. We arrived after hours, staff had a map on the office door of available sites. We were able to get a drive through near the front of the property. Easy drive and hook up.

I was setting outside under my awning reading with my dog at my feet. A woman with 2 unruly dogs yelled at me that my dog must be on a leash. I ignored her first comment but she loudly repeated herself. I responded saying that my dog was under my control and would appreciate her minding her own business and leave mine to me. She immediately complained to the management. The manager came to my site and ordered me to have my dog on a leash anytime it was outside the RV. He is clearly more interested in pleasing his long term residents instead of being fair to all staying at his park. We won’t be back. There are too many other parks in the area to have to put up with other people wanting to mind other people’s business and the management condoning it.
