Eric & Jay’s is conveniently located north of Pearland and south of Medical Center. It’s generally a good location and somewhat easily accessible. Eric & Jay’s is conveniently located north of Pearland and south of Medical Center. It’s generally a good location and somewhat easily accessible. However, the roads are too narrow and very, very rough. Not the campground’s fault, but keep it in mind.
Pretty much anywhere in Houston you’re going to get permanent or long-term residents. Eric & Jay’s keeps it neat for the most part.
It’s also one of the fewest campgrounds I’ve stayed where packages are delivered to the site. You can even get grocery or food delivered.

We were able to book a week here while in Houston for work. We full time with 2 kids and try to find a balance of price and amenities. This park hit both of those. We were able to book a week here while in Houston for work. We full time with 2 kids and try to find a balance of price and amenities. This park hit both of those. The facilities (pool, workout center, gathering room, outdoor park, fire ring and bbq area) were all in great condition. Residence and guests keep their sites tidy. Overall felt very safe and friendly.

Mostly live-ins and long term residents. Got lucky (I guess) that a space opened up over weekend. All types of RVs very close together but parking pad made it work. Easy to navigate except at entrance where they allow vehicles to park so pulling up to office is nightmare and you have to unhook immediately because of gate closure behind... more
Mostly live-ins and long term residents. Got lucky (I guess) that a space opened up over weekend. All types of RVs very close together but parking pad made it work. Easy to navigate except at entrance where they allow vehicles to park so pulling up to office is nightmare and you have to unhook immediately because of gate closure behind you. High density occupancy with lots of stuff on each space - occupants work in the area- lots of kids/families. Trash and poop not picked up but trash pickup at sites in morning and dumpster is available. Road in is rough and narrow asphalt patches on top of patches! Stayed 2 nights and ready to leave.

First off, every person that works here is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! They accepted Amazon packages, and even had a little container that we could put our outgoing postcards in. Easy check-in to a spacious back-in FHU site. Level and roomy! Code entry at the front gate to get in, which is a nice security feature. ... more
First off, every person that works here is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating! They accepted Amazon packages, and even had a little container that we could put our outgoing postcards in. Easy check-in to a spacious back-in FHU site. Level and roomy! Code entry at the front gate to get in, which is a nice security feature.
Coffee and bottled water in the games room, and the pool table was pretty true. All of these details matter.
The grounds are very well maintained. The Wifi upgrade was less than $20 for two weeks, and it had blazing speed and too easy to hook up.
I am not sure who put this directory on Campendium, however the pool is NOT heated! The hot tub was great, but it would have been nice to have a warm pool as well. First world problems, am I right?
The location was great to many attractions in and around Houston, but we still felt like we were a little out of the big city. Pearland is a nice sized city that we spent most of our time around. No good grocery store within 5 miles, but it is what it is. No biking/hiking opportunities from the resort, so we had to pack up and head out to Brazos Bend State Park, which was exceptional!

The only downside to this park is the price. It’s very pricey. But it has only been open since June 2020, so all of the amenities are brand new. The only downside to this park is the price. It’s very pricey. But it has only been open since June 2020, so all of the amenities are brand new. It has a really nice rec center, pool, hot tub, gym, and laundry facility. There is a big pond in the middle of the park that you can fish in! The staff is super friendly and laid back. There is a very nice maintenance man that comes around and picks up your trash, and asked us to flag him down if we needed anything at all. It’s close to everything, and you can see the downtown Houston skyline from the park. Both Verizon and AT&T services were great.

Horrible and simply the worst Customer Service Campground I ever experienced. I broke down with my fifth wheel 2 weeks before I was to arrive at this facility. I called and told them I was not going to make it due waiting on parts. Between me calling them over 100 times trying to get a answer, leaving messages, sending emails and FB Chat no one ever answered the phone. Of the 4 times I finally spoke to someone they said they would take care of it and call me back, none of which anyone ever did. On the 6th call someone called me and was asking how I was to pay for the rest of my visit, this is where I blew up. I decided to take this up with my Credit Card company and have them dispute it. I don't recommend this place to anyone as if they can't answer a email, phone and follow up then I cant even imagine when you have a question or issue when you are there.
