Overall Rating
One star is not fair, but since I couldn’t get into the entrance with a 26’ travel trailer because there’s a ditch and the gate entrance is higher than the road I will call it a fail. I would say access is limited to truck campers and 16’ or less travel trailer with high clearance. After the entrance it’s smooth sailing or should I say smooth camping ?

Overall Rating
The wildlife management area is very nice boondocking. There are plenty places to camp down nearer to the water. Be careful of sand burs. There are some areas where it appears people have partied and left their garbage. This is sad because over all this is such a beautiful camp location. This boondocking location is the only area i saw garbage on the Recreational Area. The less primitive camp sites on the other areas of the lake are extremely clean and well kept.
