We're in Chumash 1 with a 30' Airstream Trailer. The front of our trailer is near the front of the driveway and there is a 3-1/2' tall power post at the rear of our trailer about 2' away. The water is a few feet in front of that and is about 2' high. There are some wispy tree branches dangling along that edge of the driveway. Depending on the depth and placement of your slide, you could probably maneuver around the obstructions. It's a pretty wide space so you probably could park a little off the pad to accommodate the slide. That might put your awning into some light tree branches on the passenger side.
