I work for an airline and needed to be close to the airport for a month of work here in Orlando. Because of that… airplane noise didn’t bother me, but it might bother some. I work for an airline and needed to be close to the airport for a month of work here in Orlando. Because of that… airplane noise didn’t bother me, but it might bother some. MCO usually favors north runways and this park sits right under the final approach path.
Beautiful park that did huge favors by leaving a ton of beautiful trees. You almost forget how much in the city you are. This can also make maneuvering the tight roads and spaces difficult, so be ready to squeeze.
Longterm residents are mostly very friendly. There seems to be a lot of pot smokers though, so the smell of that often made it unenjoyable to sit outside.
Grounds are being cleaned up, and it seems a lot of the old problems are trying to be fixed by the mew owners. There is still a lot to be done, but it is the right direction.
Two warnings… Alligators are very much present on property. It wasn’t mentioned at check-in, but several neighbors gave us a warning when we moved in. They don’t bother anyone, but be aware… it’s Florida.
Second… wi-fi is oversold a bit. It rarely worked for us and often dropped off quickly when it did connect. Cell service was also almost non-existent (Verizon), so just know that going in.
Other than a few little things, it’s a beautiful park that is full of potential.

Staff was friendly and we liked walking around the water. Bathrooms are clean. However, upon returning from the parks. The inside of our trailor smelled like a stink bomb of onions and poop. However, upon returning from the parks. The inside of our trailor smelled like a stink bomb of onions and poop. Someone had flushed and tampered with our black tank. It took multiple fills & flushes to clean it out. With each flush hudge chunks of onions and who knows what else came out. Our trailer smelled horid for a good 3 days. That's how disgusting it was. This place is more of a monthly rv residence. No need to go back.

We arrived late and went to our spot that was assigned. Upon attempting to back in, we felt it was too risky due to the site's pad being in terible disarray. We arrived late and went to our spot that was assigned. Upon attempting to back in, we felt it was too risky due to the site's pad being in terible disarray. On top of that in order to back into the site I'd have to ride the curb in my truck to even try to make it in so I decided against it.
I called the after hours line and someone got back to me quickly. They were looking to move my site, but I had seen enough of the standard ones and asked about their pull throughs. They had plenty available and gave me a list of one's to choose from. We chose site 55 and it was wonderful! Long, level and on pavers with a nice table. The nearby bath houses are very clean and updated.
We used the pickle all court as well and enjoyed it, but we used our own equipment.
The people working there are very nice and helpful and we found our stay to be enjoyable. I would stay again but only in the pull through spots unless they renovated the regular spots.
Be careful riding through with your rig though. There are some tricky turns and trees hanging low. Also, planes do fly above often going to Orlando Airport, so expect some noise from that.

We didn’t feel safe staying so we left. The woman checking us in was very friendly and efficient but we moved on. The nice website is not an accurate representation of this park.

40ft 5th wheel fit nicely with the truck parked In front. Spot 36 was good only ding was the black/grey dump port was at the rear of the trailer and slightly uphill ( bring extensions). Still have construction going on but never heard any of it. Small gripe about the airplane noise at 1am but it was only 1 or 2 (happens when the winds... more

Cell service is almost non existent so bring the Starlink. 10-15 min drive to the grocery store (publix) and Walmart 19 mins.

Everything….pavilion, pool, pool area, bathrooms, tables , chairs, cabins…are either new or renovated. The grounds are manicured, roads and sidewalks newly paved….all nestled under a canopy of huge oak trees on East Lake Toho. We held a weekend reunion and the Manager, Jim G along with his staff were friendly, accommodating and on top of their game. Already planning our 2023 reunion !

Park is under new ownership. It is now called East Toho Resort & Marina. I have driven through the park, but not stayed there - yet. The entire park is under tree canopy. It’s really impressive. The entire park is under tree canopy. It’s really impressive. Nearly every site is well shaded. When I drove through, there were lots of leaves everywhere, but a lot of the sites were cleaned up without leaves. I am assuming the resident did that, not the park.
I just talked to them today (4/22/2022). Monthly rates are $750 + electric. Electric is $0.12/kWh. They said they do not have seasonal rates, but that rates will go up October 1st. They do long term stays, but that process is still being ironed out, and hopefully by October they will know the long term rates. They said long term stays will require a lease.
They said all sites are full hookup and have patios.
They said the park is on well water, but that sewage is tied into city sewage. I don’t know what the water quality is, but if they are tied into city sewer.
