As others have pointed out, this is a large, beautiful, nicely designed, well maintained campground. Our loop K has 5 sites. When we arrived on Saturday pm, 4 were occupied -- 3 by tenters and one by a schoolie. All departed Sunday morning, so then it was just us and the birds. Sites are a little narrow, but well positioned for trailer back-in. Ours was Electric only, shaded, and near a Fresh Water tap to fill our tank. Loop K shares a bathhouse with Loop J; it is modern and was immaculate. There are walking trails (did not use) and roads great for biking, plus a 3.6 mile hike/bike trail that will take you into the town of Williamsburg. Part of that trail has light car traffic, as it is also the access road to the nature preserve section of the park.

Very large campground with over 400 sites. Park seems well-maintained and bath houses were clean, showers reasonably clean although we always use our camper shower. Most sites are electric only and need minimal leveling for campers, however, several sites slope down from the pad into the site area. There are some equestrian only sites as well as a few full hookup sites. Site 329 (electric only) is nice and private but very narrow…not much room outside your camper and would not be good for tents. There are 2 dump stations at the front along with a water fill station. There are other spigots scattered throughout the campground but we filled at the front.
Site 329 is private but very narrow…not much room outside and would not be good for tents although with only two of us this weekend it worked out well. There’s a campers beach nearby and a larger public beach about a 30 min drive around the lake. There are hiking trails and equestrian trails. The lake is very large and has big unrestricted speed areas. No marina or boat rental, not very busy with boaters this first weekend in June. Camp Store sells firewood (that was not good) and rents canoes and other small rec items.

Big campground, quick highway access, lots to do if you like walking/hiking/biking/fishing/kayaking.
Pros:
-Campground is broken up into small, spaced out loops.
-Each loop has a shower house
-2 dump stations instead of just one.
-Straight shot access to the lake from the main road of the campground. Campground has its own beach and boat launch. Very easy access for kayakers and canoers.
-Soccer field, basketball, large playground, minigolf... not really our thing and we didnt use any of it but if you have kids or teens this is probably a plus.
-Our loop (L) was mostly wooded, it did seem like some loops were more compact and in the open.
-Boars Head store just outside the campground has cheaper gas than the along the highway, steak hoagies were good they carry a good selection of fishing and camping gear. Not everything, but still quite a bit.
-Most affordable stay around Cincinnati (What it cost me for a whole weekend at East Fork was still less than ONE night at any of the Great Parks of Hamilton County campgrounds, so if you're passing through Cincy keep that in mind... you're maybe a 35 minute drive into downtown, and 10-15 minutes to Eastgate/Jungle Jims/etc)
Cons:
-The campground, the boat launch and the beach (to my understanding and what I was told) are specifically for the campers and those who pay a car fee... however most (and I'm talking 90%) of the people hanging out at the beach and using the boat launch were not campers and didnt have a car tag. Local kids were hanging in their vehicles at the beach and boat launch (it's a dead-end in the woods so you know what they're into), so I don't think they're actually monitoring or checking outsiders who come into the campground. At no point did we not feel safe though, it was more of a "well I guess they dont care who's back here" type-of-thing.
It's not the fault of the campground by any means, but like any other campground the cons are the people you have to share it with, I would bet the best time to enjoy this state park is on a weekday. Despite it being massive and spread out there's still hundreds of lots and hundreds of potential campers you're sharing the space with.
Tips:
Use that dumpstation as early as you can. I thought I'd be smart and be loaded up and ready to leave at 7:00am on Sunday and I still had to wait in a small line even with two stations. By the time checkout comes around on a sunday I bet it can be pretty backed up.

This park is one of the best we’ve visited. It is extremely well-maintained. Being teardrop campers, the shower houses are very important, and these are sparkling clean with excellent water pressure. Lots of space between sites, and choice between wooded or grassy.

This place is very quite during the off-season. We stayed here late in December. The site are level and you have lots of room . But like everyone has said very limited on place to park more that one automobile. Camp host are very nice . We said here with our 30ft camper. If you have a slide out site. 54 probably will not be for you

This campground is immense - there is no way you could walk from your campsite to the mini golf, boat ramp, or playgrounds. The locals camping brought their golf carts, and we understood why. We enjoyed every moment of our peaceful stay, lightening bugs and quiet. I confess, at full capacity it would be a whole lot of humanity, I would avoid the Fourth of July.

There are two dump stations with one water fill station. There may be other fill stations scattered around but you would be blocking traffic through a loop if you stopped to take on water. On Sunday morning, there was quite a jam-up of campers wanting to dump on the way out, so you may want to plan around this.
Our site was fairly level and did not require any special work. However, the drive is narrow and the ground slopes away so our picnic table was not level, which wasn't a huge problem. Backing into the site was a pain because there was a tree with branches that overhanged the loop nearby so there was a lot of work to avoid it hitting the side of the coach. Although the campsites are well spaced, parking is very limited unless you park in the grass.

We enjoyed our stay. Very crowded on the weekends. Sites were large with good green space. Most sites only had electric service. Convenient to local tourists sites. Nice beach area that was a good 30 minute drive away. They just built a small putt putt course. Bathrooms were average and one bath house for many sites.

Camped on a weekend, way too crowded with too much traffic, cops were at one site for some reason, drunks and druggies at another site and cops went there and had to run them off. Good hiking trails and decent bathrooms in some of the loops but they need more.
