Stayed here 3 nights at a lakeside site. Sites were spacious, clean, and had great views of the lake. Pros: water, electric hook-ups, level sites, high lake water level, no bugs, dump station close by, pet friendly, pleasant camp host, fantastic ATV/UTV trails nearby. This is a nice CO state park, a bit off the beaten path. Well spaced campsites near a scenic lake. No cell service at the campground, weak service near the dam (Verizon, ATT).
Rocky Victoria would stay here again

Stayed in 40’ motorhome in site 121 (Early Settlers) in August 2020. Pros: can take atv directly from campsite to Mesa. This is a huge plus! Beautiful trails and lakes on Mesa. The views are spectacular from the entire campground but the lake is currently very low. Many bluebirds and a few sand hill cranes. Campsites very nice with plenty of space between. Restroom and pay showers (takes quarters) was available. Very very quiet. We had 50 amp and water. No sewer but there is a dump station very close. The visitors center is nice but does not provide wifi. Would give this campground 5 stars but there is NO cell service for Verizon (or any other carrier I’m assuming ). With no wifi at visitors center there is no ability to call for help in case of emergency. We felt it was a little pricey for no sewer and no cell reception. (We paid $30/night online and then got charged $9/night more for a park pass as we entered. Loved our time here but will choose somewhere with cell reception next time we are in Colorado.
