We stayed here 4 nights. Just a super place to stay. Starting with the front gate attendant, Julie, this is a superlative place to stay. Lots of trails to explore. Close to The City attractions. Reasonable price. Just great

Beautiful SF Bay scenery.
Good access to the main N/S Freeway and several South Bay cities as well as SF and Oakland.
A really great place to stay around The City!!

We were here on business for my wife. It started with Julie who is at the opening office. She has such a great attitude and makes things go well and smoothly!
Terrific views, really nice spaces with excellent utilities. Convenient to most of the bay, at a reasonable price. Great views. Terrific trails! Just excellent!

We were in site 45 and had to raise the front of our motorhome on two blocks. Site 45 was FHU, asphalt, picnic table and fire ring were on crushed rock. We got 50 OTA channels (but no CBS). Park had excellent WiFi for streaming, and we had 3 bars AT&T cellular. Park had full recycling and even compost recycling! We enjoyed the solitude of this park and the opportunity to hike on all the trails. It was definitely a great base camp to go into San Francisco and to visit the Apple Park Visitor Center! We will definitely be back!

Very clean day use park. Coin operated laundry room with vending machine for snacks, credit card to purchase firewoods, best of all free wi-fi. There is access to Coyote Hills Regional Park where we hiked then we came back to our campsite for the night. It was our second time, we will come back here for sure. We love this campsite located in the Bay Area, a great place to relax and unwind.

This is the newest campground that I've ever stayed at. It has features rivaling some National and State Park campgrounds such as an amphitheater and ranger-led talks. The campground is directly adjacent to a regional park that has bay shoreline which is a wildlife refuge as well. Hiking and mountain biking opportunities are many.
Site-wise, the sites on the south side of any road are longer and have more space on the door side of your camper. Sites are paved and reasonably level. Electric is 50/30/20A. Water is strong. Dump stations are well-made at each site. Wifi is also available throughout the park and is pretty decent. I didn't do any VoIP calls while there, though. Being a nice campground local to the East SF Bay is a major plus. The upkeep of the park and campground is immaculate.
The downside here is that there isn't much to do in the area other than the Regional Parks adjacent and nearby. The trees in the park are decades from being shade trees. It gets windy in the afternoon (as in put away your awning windy). There is some road noise from CA-84, but only when there's a loud vehicle. The usual noise of cars going by is unnoticeable when sitting outside your camper.

Laundry, showers, and bathrooms were super clean and functional. Sites were very level and connections were easy. This park gives you easy access to the San Francisco area, since it's right by the Dumbarton Bridge. Verizon, AT&T, and Starlink had great speeds. I would definitely stay again!

For being so close to a large city, we were pleasantly surprised. During the week it was very quiet and rather empty, and then filled up on the weekend. Our site was large and allowed us to put the back porch down and still park our truck in front of the trailer. There are trails nearby to bike or hike. Everything you need store wise is very close by and San Francisco is about 1 hr away. The definitely need to mow the sites, because the weeds/grass are a few feet tall. We also didn't like the 10 pm gate closure/curfew but we knew that going into it.
Verizon and T-mobile speeds both fast enough to game, work, and stream. No trees so Starlink would also work well here.

Arrived after a long day of driving paid got in Job around, found my site went back into sight and can’t get into sight. They put these giant boulders at the end of each site to where you cannot get into the site because of the boulders your truck will scrape the front end trying to make the turn backwards into the site then if you even get to a turning point where you can get the trailer and you’re going to destroy the back end of your trailer because they’re going to smash into The boulders if you have a trailer that is at least 35 to 37 feet long I would not recommend this park if you have a trailer that is 21 feet or smaller with a tiny car pulling it I would highly recommend the spot, the county clearly hired someone to design this RV spot who does not have an RV who has never been in an RV who’s never even driven anything larger than a Prius if you want to scratch your paint off of your truck and destroy your trailer by all means stay here
