Nestled in trees with mixed sun and shade. We had 2 bars of Verizon. $8 per night. Vault toilets were clean, but the water in the campground was turned off due to poor water quality. Sites have picnic tables and fire pits. All sites would take a little effort to get your rig level, but doable.

First thing: DO NOT follow Google maps to get here. Follow the signs on the road!! Google had us turn down Bottle Hill Rd from Wentworth- this part of Bottle Hill appears to be more of an ATV dirt road- very narrow and bumpy! We survived, but our poor RV got all scratched up and I practically shit my pants! Once you turn on the road, in a large RV you're pretty much screwed- no way to turn around. So just buckle up and enjoy the wild ride or better yet-follow the signs from the main road and you'll be much better off!
Outside of the wild drive in, the RV park was so quiet and secluded! We were the only ones there most nights.
Usual price is 8/night- we paid 4/night with the National Park Access Pass.
No campground host on site & not many forest rangers coming through- appears some sites are available for reservations online and some were marked as first come first serve. We took one of these- site 4.
Pit toilets on site- my husband said the one nearest to 4 was a mess- looked like poop was smeared on the wall- others he used he said were much cleaner.
Several water spigots around the park- not for filling RVs- no thread on the spigots.
No dump on site. There is an RV park near- Chiquita RV but they wanted 20 bucks to dump.. like what?! That's insanely high for a dump so we waited til we got farther out of town and found a more reasonable rate.
The park is in the middle of the El Dorado forest- so tons of trees all around. Lots of options on spots depending how much tree cover you want. Not all the most level- so I'd def recommend having leveling blocks with you. It's also a little difficult to decide where each site actually exists. Since this is an equestrian park- horse corals all over.
Cell service/internet was good enough for me to work all week and even for streaming purposes.
A couple horse trails around the park and opportunity for some mountain biking as well.

Awesome spot. I’m the only one in the park. That abandoned motor home is gone from the previous review. Good cell service on AT&T (5GE) and decent Verizon.

Very large equestrian campground. Nice campsites spaced far apart. Working toilets and trash cans. There is an old abandoned motorhome in the middle of the campground. Lots of wood to collect for a fire.
