We walked by this campground and noticed it wasn’t on Campendium, so we added it. We did not stay here. We did notice their website is not consistent with regards to generator hours. On three different web pages they list the generator hours differently. Also note that when they say they have showers, they are not what you would normally think. They call them “instant showers”. They are outdoor showers, not in a fully enclosed building, note the pic on their website.

Just a heads up if you camp there. It’s basically Boondocking with a fee, though they have amenities like a pit toilet and outdoor showers. There is an additional fee to use the showers.

It’s another inexpensive option if you’re too big for Glacier’s campgrounds and don’t want to pay a full hook-up fee. Since East Glacier is next to Reservation land there isn’t a true Boondocking option. When we asked, we were told that to go anywhere on Reservation land, including walking out dogs . . . required a permit.
