We didn’t like it here and Buster the owner isn’t very friendly. Its just a sandy spot with nothing, not even a picnic table. And full of goatheads.
We saw better rv parks around town than this place.

It's a big sandy lot on the side of the highway where cars and trucks are driving 70 miles an hour 25’ feet from the camper. Not quiet and not nice. There’s no picnic tables, no trees, just sand and goatheads.

This place sucks. Go to the RV Park half a mile down the road, at least it has some trees and is about 20 feet away from the highway. Trucks going down the road at 70mph gets annoying.

As others have said this is a basic no frills rv park, no picnic tables or other site amenities. Did not use the bathrooms, showers or laundry facilities so can’t comment on those. Only drawback to the park is there are goathead burrs EVERYWHERE!!! You will have at least a dozen in each shoe just setting up. Dogs won’t be able to walk more than a few feet without getting them in their paws. Park is close to town, 50/30/20 amp receptacles, other utilities work fine. Sites are gravel and close to level

Stayed here based on recommendation from a Youtube channel. Very basic but full amenities. The owners are very nice and helpful people. It has a separate bath and laundry that are new. Ft Davis RV park is well situated to serve as a central location as you tour the area.

Wonderful no frills park. They are working on putting in bathrooms. Sites are level and well spaced out. Close to everything and a wonderful staff. There can be a bit of road noise, but so few cars go by it wasn’t a big deal.

LookS to be a newer park. The sites are graveled, pretty level, and well spaced. Pretty bare bones right now but, has potential. It’s a hot one with zero shade. Aside from newly planted trees and a dumpster, there’s nothing at the park. It’s a dirt lot, but it serves its purpose. If your looking for fancy or anything above hookups- this is not for you. Minutes from town and the Fort at Fort Davis and a just down the road from the state park for some nice hiking.
It’s a cute town with enough to keep you busy for a day or three
