There was no one else camped in that specific campground. The sites are fairly level, and nicely laid out. The river was right there and the roar of the rapids was relaxing. Although the road was very close to the campsites you couldn't hear the cars going by and traffic was light while I was there. There were animal proof trash bins, and bathrooms. The campsites were very neat and clean. The downside was absolutely no internet or cell signal, and, the poison ivy is everywhere, I feared to step into the woods it was so thick.

I would encourage any of the several campgrounds on River Road. They are all on the river and trout fishing abounds. The river is stocked every Thursday, hence no fishing on Thur or Fri.
All sites are pretty level and easily accessable. NO water, Elec, cell service or air TV chanels. Additional benefit. Lots of noise from river just a few feet from your camper. Some sites are so close that we can put our rear porch out and be over the water. FANTASTIC. Lots of trails and even some remote campsites not listed. Road is tight getting in and out if holliday as traffic can be heavy. The Check in station has a dump site but that is a few miles away from the campgrounds. Lots to do and see all natural attractions.
