Perfect location right next to Bryce entrance. We stayed in early May and did get a light sprinkling of snow, but the camping area is huge and really pretty. Our site was big enough to fit several RVs. We had a 5th wheel plus a pull-behind trailer. We checked Tom's Best first, but I'm glad we ended up at dave's hollow as it is much prettier and closer to Bryce Canyon.

Like the previous review, the roads are very deep rutted. But we saw 5th Wheels, Class A, vans and Overland rigs back here. Take it slow and you can get to all the dispersed sites. There are indeed 26 sites and all are numbered.
We are here off season, so we have not experienced ATVs, but I am sure during the summer time this could be an issue.
We enjoyed the quiet and the closeness to Bryce.
Fire rings are your only amenity.
We entered from 63. There is a road right before the Bryce Canyon NP sign. Turn there and head back. There are 2 loops that have all the campsites.
Corndog Caravan would stay here again

I stayed here with a 24' trailer 5 years ago and it was great. It is just outside (less than 1/4 mile) of Bryce Canyon National Park. I stayed here with a 24' trailer 5 years ago and it was great. It is just outside (less than 1/4 mile) of Bryce Canyon National Park. I returned in in a large 5th wheel in 2023 with the intent to camp here again but found I could not because the area had changed. It is now a popular designated off-road vehicle trail system. All the UTVs playing in the mud has chewed up the roads and created big ruts. Also, it now limits camping to about 17 designated sites. The large sites near the front that used to be good for big rigs no longer allow camping. If you are a tenter or have a small trailer and you don't mind rutted, bumpy roads, there are still some nice sites - just a lot less than before. Unfortunately you will get a lot of ATV/UTV noise.
