This was our first time at Danish Alps SRA. We arrived Friday late afternoon and was not surprised to see that the place was packed. I had called earlier in the day to see if there were any walk-in spots available since it was past the date to book a reservation. Lady on the phone said there were 20 spots. When we got there, there were only 3 spots left at the Horse area loop. We didn't mind the site, but it was $35/night as opposed to the $30/night RV sites up the hill. I was under the assumption that $35/night would be full hook ups (water, electric and sewer), but that was not the case. There was 30/50 amp hook ups, but no water at the specific site we were parked in. Nearest water was 2 over on both sides of us, and no sewer dump. If you read the OutdoorNebraska web site, it should have had all three for $35/night, but this was not the case.
The park is in excellent condition. Very quiet and more than adequate for our needs. We stream from our phone's hotspot to our HDTV with Roku. We got 5 bars on Verizon and it worked all day and night with no flaws. We will again spend time at this SRA, but will make sure we have the reservations well in advance and select the proper site with all that we pay for.

Enjoyed our stay lots of 50A I don’t think there was any that wasn’t. Gravel pads can handle large RV’s ours is a 43’ 5th wheel with no problems. Some reservable sites and nicely spaced out for view. Multi level layout on hill so almost all have view of lake. Bike and horse trails dump and cleaning station vault toilets but many water hydrants throughout park. State website seemed very accurate. Only caution is really nice sized hill to go up and over on way to park from town can kinda give the willies coming over it can’t see the road when you crest it. This is a newer camp ground so no shade but lots of trees planted 6 to 13 feet tall. Oh and cell service for AT&T was 2 to 3 out off 4 bars of 5G access so no problems streaming
