"Good For A Night"

These sites are tight—you are looking right into your neighbor’s RV—but it was perfectly fine for an overnight stop. Well worth the $40. Super convenient to the freeway and gas, sites level enough, friendly staff helped us find a spot last-minute, clean with some places to walk dogs down by the river and cabins and up by the buffalo pen. Wifi...

"Great Spot. "

We got a spot at Goose Island. Pulled in and there was 1 spot where the people were leaving. Felt like a vulture but, kind of have to be. Next day met some folks on the river and when they left we snagged a river front. Close to town. Great access to Arches & the other parks. The drive up the Colorado is spectacular. Cell service spotty so we...

"Great Overnight En Route To Moab"

We stopped overnight before Moab stay. Easy to find. We turn on Horse Canyon road and drove past the rest area. There were spots mostly on the right (a bit rocky so be careful). We found a spot among junipers and easy turn around. Beautiful sky and no one around. Great overnight stop. No cell service and no facilities except at rest area near...

"Beautiful Historic Park Maintained By Idaho Power"

We dry camped lakeside and wandered through the shady grass picnic area around the historic buildings and dam. Dry camping only with modest cell service (AT&T) but an oasis. Road to area is steep downhill but views in are spectacular. We have truck/27 ft travel trailer and it was no problem. Fire pits in most sites. Great spot for a night or more.

"Great Stay "

We stayed overnight 04/24/2024. We were the only campers there. Small campground. 2-3 sites for RV’s and a couple for tents. This is an oasis in the desert. The springs fill a few ponds and water the trees. There is a pit toilet. Good stop for a night.
