Dump was clean, only access for one rig at a time and it does get busy. There is no potable water. The hose for the potable water was missing and even if it was there, we would NEVER use it. When both spigots for the dump (meaning to flush your hose and the one to add potable water are so close to each other that someone could make a mistake, we NEVER use, because we’ve seen people use the wrong spigot before. You will need to use your own water hose to dump.
The Conoco station has a propane too. They will fill both trailers and motorhomes, however, they don’t always have someone there who has the expertise to fill motorhomes.
It was great for us because we dumped, pulled forward to get propane and then circled around again to fill with diesel.
Lori would use this facility again

The dump is around back, and if like me your access is on the driver's side, you want to go around back too. I posted a pic circling exactly where the dump is. Fee is $10 for buses $5 for trailers.

We weren’t sure if the hydrant water was potable but after asking the staff, we learned it’s regular city water which means it is ok to drink. Just make sure you use your own hose as the hose provided is used to clean sewer hoses and black tanks. Not very sanitary.
The area is paved at an angle so you RV will lean away from the sewer which can make it harder to dump.
Driving up on blocks might be a good idea if you want to get your black tank extra clean.
The dumpsters nearby have a sign on them that say “for store use only” so it might be a bit of a risk to throw trash away.
I couldn’t ask for much more from a $5 dump station that’s in such a convenient location. The gas station also does propane refills which is a nice bonus
