Overall Rating
50amp power available with half the sites pretty new. Many sites were not level but jacks took care of that. Noise not too bad. Easy in and out.

It was an easy stop off as we traveled east on US-380. There were several open spots, most not very level and about half on grass. It was an easy stop off as we traveled east on US-380. There were several open spots, most not very level and about half on grass. There appeared to be a couple long-term residents, but nothing that would make us uncomfortable. We did not attach to power since this was a short overnight stop. It is just off of US-385, so a fair amount of road noise. It was fine for an overnight stop and the price is right.

This is an older Rv park in need of updates which appear to be in process. There are electrical hook ups but not all of them work. There are also water hook ups with a dump station right across the street.

Mostly level spots with electric hookups. Spacing is a bit narrow but manageable. No bathrooms in the area but there are some in the adjacent city park. A bit of noise early evening but quieted down after 10 pm. Five bars of AT&T. Gotta love the price of free. The nearby Coleman City Park is not great but does have picnic tables, bathr... more

The nearby Coleman City Park is not great but does have picnic tables, bathrooms, and what appears to be a kids waterpark/pool (not open while I was here in May). No good coffee shops in town, justva single drive thru and a McDonald's.

This is perfect for a stop over! Power, water, dump station, and a huge grassy area for the kids and dogs to stretch their legs. We stopped over between Colorado and Austin and this one will now be a regular stop driving in or out of Texas.

We stayed overnight while passing through as seems to be the trend. The sites were pull through and access was easy in our 43’ fifth wheel. Our electric wasn’t working on the site Second from the end closest to the road but the site wasn’t busy so we hooked up next door. Only half the sites were full when we left in the morning. We stayed overnight while passing through as seems to be the trend. The sites were pull through and access was easy in our 43’ fifth wheel. Our electric wasn’t working on the site Second from the end closest to the road but the site wasn’t busy so we hooked up next door. Only half the sites were full when we left in the morning. Water wasn’t an issue on our site and we used it with no problem. The dump station was adequate and free as well so no issues there. Our kids enjoyed the playground about 2 blocks away and we felt very safe and secure. It is right next to Hwy 385 so you can hear trucks throughout the night but we didn’t mind. There is a donation box but no required amount. Overall, great stay! More than we expected!

Easy to find, and a nice safe place to stay. There were at least 7 empty spots when we arrived at 7pm. It was nice since their Walmart was shut down and closed. Will stay here again!

This was easy to find. However, it was half full, and the sites were small. I didn't completely trust the electrical. However, we needed a/c and our genny was giving us some trouble. Free RV spots in city park. Electricity 30 amp and water included plus nearby dump station. We arrive ~9pm - there were still at least 3 spots available. We felt safe.
