We just purchased our 43 ft 5th wheel and Colden Lakes was our first stay. The staff here are very friendly. Danny escorted us to our site and he was very helpful. The sites are about 10’ apart in a line. The fire pits are almost on the next site. Our neighbor had a fire about 6’ off the back of our camper and the smoke filled our camper. Really nice owners - we moved away from that camper who was a worker that warmed up his loud diesel truck for 15 minutes at 5:30 am then his dog barked, howled ... more

My stay here was great. The wifi is down due to upgrades i think, but verizon cell service had 3 to 4 bars consistently. I was able to work and take video calls on my desktop with no issues. Overall Rating

Colden Lakes is a nice quiet location with a lot of WNY locals staying here. The site offers full hookups, heated pool, fishing and a local restaurant. Owners are very accommodating.
