We just purchased our 43 ft 5th wheel and Colden Lakes was our first stay. The staff here are very friendly. Danny escorted us to our site and he was very helpful. The resort is comfortable especially the premium back in sites. They are huge and accommodated our big rig with no problem. All the hook ups were in excellent condition. We definitely need more weight to put on our sewer hose to hold it in place. They have a camp store, firewood, picnic tables, a heated pool, and very nice fire rings. The annual sites are on the opposite side of the park so it definitely has a resort feel. They also have a delivery area for Amazon and other orders. We have T Mobile for cell service and it did not have a great signal but we have an internet service that connects to the 3 big carriers and one of them either Verizon or AT&T did well. Make sure you use the directions using Holland Glenwood, passing the Holland Speedway for flatterer roads.

The sites are about 10’ apart in a line. The fire pits are almost on the next site. Our neighbor had a fire about 6’ off the back of our camper and the smoke filled our camper. Really nice owners - we moved away from that camper who was a worker that warmed up his loud diesel truck for 15 minutes at 5:30 am then his dog barked, howled and scratched for over an hour after he left. Felt badly for the pup but tough at 6 a.m. No picnic tables allowed due to COVID. Convenient location for what we needed but the sites are way too close together for a relaxing stay. Many campers are seasonal or workers with multiple vehicles per site.

My stay here was great. The wifi is down due to upgrades i think, but verizon cell service had 3 to 4 bars consistently. I was able to work and take video calls on my desktop with no issues. Colden Lakes is a nice quiet location with a lot of WNY locals staying here. The site offers full hookups, heated pool, fishing and a local restaurant. Owners are very accommodating.
