Called at last minute and got a nice spot at end of row next to grass. Friendly staff, clean campground. Complaints are that there really is no WiFi in the campground, no internet connection. Staff gave me password to use WiFi in the office building. I could connect but still very slow. Also, traffic noise in spots next to fence.

Very nice RV park, with wide lanes, and larger sites and grass around the sites. Sites are FHU, 50 amp. Laundry services were available. Lots of full-time residents, but they keep the park and sites very clean and well-kept.
Post Falls is a suburb of Coeur D’Alene, and the RV Resort is convenient to grocery and tourist attractions.

There is a small amount of space between you and your neighbor. The park is bordered on two sides by major streets, and I-90 is on the side. There was street noise until the early morning hours. There are laundry and showers. We only stayed because of high temperatures, and we needed AC for our three dogs, and we could not find another place for 50 miles. We would not stay here again. This was an overpriced park.

Pull-through FHU 50 amp. Gravel pad with cement patio area. Site 109.
Would stay again—Yes
General:
1) Easy office check-in. Covered drive-up check-in area which is nice.
2) Nice amenities.
3) Spacious sites.
Campground WiFi:
-Unable to connect at any time during stay.
Cell/hotspot using booster:
-AT&T: (2 of 4 bars—4G)
-Verizon: (3 of 4 bars—5G).
Details:
Check-in: Easy. Nice office staff.
Sites: Long pull-through sites with nice cement patio area. If you can, I recommend the back-in sites with very nice grass patio areas (drawback is that those sites are right near the street but do have a fence).
Campground Road: Smooth blacktop.
Grounds: Clean and kept up very well.
Bathrooms/Showers: Very clean. Very spacious. Private shower rooms with locking doors.
Laundry: 2 facilities and both are great.
Amenities: Did not use but the indoor hot tub and pool looked ideal.
Location: Gas, groceries and restaurants 2 min away. 20 min from Coeur d'Alene Lake and 45 min from nice state parks across the lake.
Near interstate: Close enough to be convenient but not immediately off of the interstate where you are troubled by the noise.
Near train: No.

Campground roads are paved, but sites are gravel/rock. Lots of mature trees throughout the park. Most sites have at least one tree on each side of the site. They have both pull through & back in sites.
Most sites are occupied by permanent residents and extended stay campers. Same as my review approximately 2 years ago it seems as though a lot of the rules don’t apply to these sites. Many people have multiple cars in their site (not the one that is allowed per the park rules) and the cars are often hanging over from their sites and onto the roads. Near some of these sites there was foul odors that smelled dog pee and poop.
Campground has an indoor pool, workout room, restrooms, showers , 2 laundry rooms, dog areas, playground, a dump station, and propane. Restrooms and showers were a little dated, but clean. Laundry room was also nice and clean. Washers and dryers were $3.25/load and payment was through an APP. The workout room is OK, but not very up to date.
Sites are in an angle and spacing was decent. Site was quite level and plenty big enough for our 37 foot class A and Honda CRV. We could park our car either in front or behind our RV. Site was gravel with a concrete patio and picnic table. They do allow you to wash your RV on site for a $5.00 fee.
Had 3 bars 5G for Verizon. Adequate for talking, texting, searching the internet, and streaming videos. Park did offer wifi, but I did not use it.

We chose the Coeur d'Alene RV resort, which is actually in Post Falls, ID, because we needed a more urban campground since one of us needed to do some remote work while on "vacation", which means having to have strong cellular access, and we needed close access to some of the local sites. Normally we are state park and Federal land campers, but being in an urban place and having a clubhouse with laundry, pool and hot tub was a nice change of pace.
I estimate that 80%+ of the campers here are long term stays. If you meander around the RV park you will notice a significant number of trailers and motor homes with skirts installed, and large upright propane tanks installed at campsites. These are the telltale signs of long term residents, and residents which winter over at this location. Additionally, each power pedestal had a power meter on it, indicating that long term stays were paying for their power consumption in addition to rent.
Short term stays are not intermixed with long term stays. It appeared to me that there were clumps of campsites located together that were dedicated to campers that were going to be staying less than a month. Site 9 is a short walk to the side door of the clubhouse, giving you quick access to the laundry room and restrooms. Pool hours are from 8am to 8pm, basically following lobby and clubhouse hours. They reserve the first hour of the morning for adult swim, and the last hour before closing for adult swim.
The reception desk area has a small supply of camper needs, think RV TP, water hoses, water pressure regulators, and beverages, including beer, for purchase. They also have a coffee station and there is free, fresh coffee available in the morning. The rest of the clubhouse is composed of a large meeting room, with modest kitchen, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, an exercise room and the indoor pool and hot tub. The showers, restrooms and laundry room were all kept very clean. There are posted cleaning times for the restrooms in the clubhouse, and they follow that schedule to a T. Men's and women's restrooms/showers are closed for about an hour each, late in the morning, for cleaning. The clubhouse is well maintained, but very dated; it gives off late 80s or early 90s vibes. Plenty of campers, and staff too, would hang out in the clubhouse and stare at their phones. The clubhouse is about the only location on the property where you can get decent WiFI signal. It was impossible to get WiFi to function at our site, even though we were a straight shot to the clubhouse. However, 5G at our location worked very well, negating any need to use the property's WiFi.
Another shower house and laundry room is located at the far end of the property at the end of the main feeder road into the park. This facility might be newer, but was built in the same image as the clubhouse and appears incredibly similar. The resort also has a playground, tennis court and supposedly a gazebo, however we could never find the gazebo, we think we found where it may have been, and the tennis court is disheveled and unused. The kids playground equipment looked in good order but seemed underutilized.
Sites are level gravel with a concrete pad for the picnic table. Most sites have some vegetation separating one site from another. Site 9 and 10 do not. There was a tree between the sites at one time, but it has been removed and the stump ground down, leaving a mound of shavings where the tree once was. You'll need to use your awning to provide shade. Sites all have picnic tables, however ours looked like it has seen better years. The table on site 8 was much more modern and didn't have splintering wood.
Hookups were very good. We had no issue with the power pedestal, and water pressure was very high, so use your water regulator. They do post that water pressure is 75-80 lbs at the reception desk and recommend that you use a pressure regulator. The sewer port was the narrow screw in type, so I had to break out my fancy hose with the screw in adapter, but the sewer port area was kept clean and it appeared that previous campers didn't do anything stupid or mess up the threads to the sewer port.
This is not a destination in and of itself, the pool and hot tub are a nice thing to visit during the day, after you return from exploring or before you go out for the day, but are not all that impressive compared to other facility pools I've been to. The location is excellent. You have good access to I-90, are a very short drive into Coeur d'Alene and not inconvenient to other north Idaho or Spokane locations. This location does provide a discount for Good Sam members and the staff is friendly.

Have stayed here previously, but seems like it has gone downhill a bit. The sites are level with concrete patio. Spacing is Ok for an RV park (big enough to put awnings out and not right in top of your neighbors). Site itself is rock/gravel. Seems like they could do a better job keeping the rocks in the sites and not on the actual roads within the park. My opinion on the park going downhill is based on the increased number of people living full time at the park. Nothing against full timers, but the park allows them to do almost anything at their sites. Many people have multiple cars in their site (not the one that is allowed per the park rules) and the cars are often hanging over from their sites and onto the roads. In addition, some sites have permanent structures that appear dilapidated. We even skipped walking near some sites that seemed to have foul pet odors (not near the actual pet areas. They do have a workout room, that is a bit outdated. Did not use their showers/bathrooms. One of the buildings was being remodeled this past week. Laundry is $3.25 per wash and the same price per dry. They do have WiFi, but did not use. Despite providing a wifi passcode upon check in, no password is required for their network. Current rates are $49.68/night. $44.71/night with good Sam, $248.40/weekly rate. Staff is super friendly. Great Verizon signal. Despite the negatives of this park I would stay here again. It’s the most convenient location to family that love about 5 minutes away.

We were passing through Idaho on our Way to Montana and decided to spend the night somewhere with showers and laundry with full hookups. We didn't get that. We got a code that didn't work to access the building with the showers and laundry, a staff that went home at 5pm, a very busy traffic intersection with a beeping crosswalk sign and run down equipment for the playground and covered area.
It was crowded, loud and run down. For an RV Resort price I would expect more availablity to staff, so when the code for the building doesn't work there is someone to call. They staff works 9am to 5pm and I never had the opportunity to get help on the door code because no one was there to speak to.
I will not recommend this place nor stay there again.
