Mostly seasonal/long term residents who were all absolutely lovely to chat with. Ended up going kayaking on the Chazz river which was a blast. Cell service was good but not perfect for video conf. The both of us still worked from there for the week with just a couple hiccups.

The campground has a nice set up, lots of plants and trees, and the wifi was good. Art pieces are everywhere, from the seahorse floating on the pond to the gorillas in the woods.
There are nice patios at the sites, and they are a little staggered, so you have a little more privacy. We were in a site in the front, close to everything. There is a entertainment building with a pool table, games, and a very big television screen.
We got some fresh eggs from their chickens. The owners really care about the place and the people. Make sure you make a reservation, as it is pretty well occupied.
Closest to the Weeki Watchee statepark, go see the mermaids!

The park advertises wifi, but the signal is very weak, even when I sat at the laundry area near the router. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. We met some interesting people and our boys had a great time.
Places to see: Weeki Wachee state park (watch the mermaid show!)
