Rather than hang around Quartzsite Az, I decided to hit the road and spent time at Coastal Georgia RV Resort, near Florida.
This resort was beyond my expectations. Not only were ground workers and office staff friendly, the population of travelers were also friendly. The only thing I knew was this resort was located in Brunswick Georgia, and provides easy access to St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, Cumberland Island, historic Brunswick Georgia and popular restaurants.
Upon arrival I further discovered the resort had a large swimming pool, its own lake with a few alligators, a walking/running path surrounding the resort, a dog park, three laundry rooms, large parking spaces with picnic tables and the entire resort was paved which was really nice. Also, I was excited to discover all of my office equipment worked, even my business conference telephone. My life was complete, there was nothing else I needed.

This was our 4th week long stay at Coastal Georgia, and we always have a wonderful experience. Our site location had mature landscaping which most sites have between the paved sites. There is a table. The sites and entire park are very clean, as well as, the pool and Bath Houses. We do not have a dog. However, we saw lots of people walking them and the fur babies seemed very happy. We love this Brunswick location which is so close to St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island. There are great restaurants and lots of things to do. We look forward to our next stay.

We came in after hours, all info was ready at the kiosk, and had clear directions in and out of our site. Park is clean, sites are level with concrete. Sites are tight, but private. Would definitely stop again

We only stayed here overnight and wish we could have stayed longer. Spacious sites next to a small lake and the grounds are well kept. Beautiful campground.

We did not unhitch and were able to walk to the Starbucks in the nearby TA. The noise level is quite high which is why we will only use this campground for brief stays. However, the staff is very nice.
We have a Pepwave Max Transit Duo for AT&T and Verizon service. AT&T had download speeds of 3.26 and upload speeds of 3.28. Verizon was 9.96 for downloads and 7.29 for uploads. Our Mifi with T-Mobile had download speeds of 13.12 and uploads of 7.01..

Strict reservation, allowed to move your reservation but no exception on refund within 3 days. Sewage hook up at center of pad, may need multiple sections of hose or pull the camper far forward. Big enough for truck staying attached.

This is a wonderful park that makes and excellent overnighter as well as a base for visiting Brunswick, Jekyll Island and St Simons Island.
Whenever we travel from our home in NC to FL (and back), we always spend a night here.
All sites a fairly level concrete, most sites (maybe all) are pull through and most sites can accommodate the largest class-a/tow combination. There are also many new buddy sites available.
The park is well manicured and all facilities are spotless. On the southeast side of the park is a large lake and I’ve seen several persons fishing there over our many stopovers here.
I95 is about a mile away and when the wind is from the southeast, you do get a bit of road noise, but it’s not bad.
I would highly recommend this park.
