The creek was dry which was disappointing but there were lots of trees which made up for it. No water or electrical but that was fine since we had our trailer. We went fishing at Vernon Reservoir which was about 40 minutes away. Caught rainbow trout. Good cell service. Not the best place but still an all-around decent campground. Would stay again.

It was an alright site. There was nothing that takes it over the top, but it wasn’t bad at all. If you want to get a site here, you will need to get there early. All of the good sites were already taken on a Thursday evening, by Friday afternoon it was full.

We put two travel trailers in our site with relative ease. Each site had a fire pit, picnic table, and tent pad (level with pea gravel). No service with ATT but our Verizon friends had full bars. No service with ATT but our Verizon friends had full bars. We brought three dogs between our group members, and they also had a great time. Not much to actually do here, but we enjoy sitting around and reading/relaxing.
Super close to Wasatch Front, and not overly crowded. We’d come back again

It is especially nice if you go to the left and get a shady spot by the creek, with juniper and cottonwood trees. The regular price for a camping spot is $12, and this allows 8 persons and 2 vehicles. They have a group site for $45 that allows 50 persons and 10 cars. We had no phone service.
We arrived on a Monday afternoon in May, and found 4 campers in the campground. They already had the shady spots, so we continued on, looking for a shady campground where Holly could hang her hammock.

Not hard to find and a great campsite to take out young kids to. We would definitely stay again.
I would recommend staying in one of the sites along the river, though. We stayed in campsite 1, which was nice, but the other campsites seemed to offer more shade.
