“Would Not Recommend - Roaches, Annuals And Bad Management. ”

We booked our stay 5 months prior to arriving. We never received any communication so a week prior to arriving we called the campground. Russ was less than pleasant and told us he was on another line and to call back. So we did. Spoke to Cathy. Got our site number. When we arrived there’s no packet on the door or anywhere. Found our site. Tight spots where we were. Mostly annuals here. Booked a month stay but 2 weeks in we got roaches. Apparently everyone has them there. There was no communication about owing electricity and we were getting different answers. We left early totally disgusted with the campground, the amenities (or lack thereof) and the total lack of communication. This is not a resort. For $850 a month, we expected a lot more.

The website does not present accurate pics of this park. It is 95% permanent and seasonals, many are old trailers, dirty and unkempt. The 20 sites for transients are so close your awning can almost touch the slide out in front of you with the hookups on your site. Had we been stuck with one of those we would not have stayed the whole month Thankfully we were given a larger site with no one in front of us The maintenance was kept up very well with tropical foliage . The wi fi worked very well.
The standard rules don't seem to apply to residents. Unleashed dogs in our site ,waste not picked up and speed limit not obeyed.
There is nothing to do in the area and the sugarcane burning with smoke and ash was annoying.
Jupiter Beach was the most enjoyment we had and it's 1.5 hr away.
No shopping unless you like walmart This park was nothing like we expected and will never be back.

Where to start with this puked place? Let’s start with the campground lovely hosts.
First, you have the owner Gene, “Billie Jean” for the locals. He’s an extremely old piece of crap and there’s not much else to say about him. Here’s a free advice for you Billie Jean, change that awful dental prosthesis of yours, so people can understand when you talk!!!
Secondly you have the chain smoker fake blond assistant, who looks like she’s 80 years old. I don’t remember her name, but don’t worry she’s easy to spot if you need her for anything. She’s the one who looks like the female character in the Planet of the Apes movie. By the way, her nickname is Smiley.
Finally, you have their bouncer. A mid-50-year-old white trash guy (he’s probably in his early 40’s, but he looks like 57), who you can tell made awesome decisions all his life because he’s biggest possessions are his bike & his smokes.
Those are the people you will face day in day out when staying there, like we did. As for the campground itself, well let’s just say it will be the worst place you ever stayed at period.
Electricity is rubbish, the pool is rubbish, the showers & toilets are rubbish, overall if I could give this place -5 stars here, I would!!!
So please, make yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from that place at any cost. Don’t do like we did in trying to find a last minute (at a decent price) RV park in Florida during Spring Break. That’s why we ended up in Clewiston.
Planned ahead for better options and avoid this shitty hole that is the Clewiston RV (Resort my ass).
