I didn't camp in the loop (Fox) that appears to be closest to the water, but I walked all around and didn't see any boats tied to the shore. If you check out the photos of some of the campsites (as well as the satellite view) like this one https://www.recreation.gov/camping/campsites/10046188 you can see the shore is steep and heavily wooded. There are several nice sized boat ramps as I recall. As the previous answer suggests, do call the park.

I didn’t see any when we were there. Usually, it’s not permitted when we’ve asked at other campgrounds, because it erodes the shoreline to have them tied up.
