This is by far the worst place we ever stayed overnight. This RV part of the park is only an RV PARKING, not an RV park! The former RV park, that was further away from the crossing, is closed because there is no electricity and it will not be connected again.
The RV Parking is next to the very noisy I15 and traffic sure doesn't die out.
Opposite the road (150ft) is the Mad Greek truck parking, where truck drivers keep their engines running to get some sleep or cool down their load, all day, evening, and night.
This RV parking has only 6 spaces, with some taken by long term stays. Back-in only, no pull-throughs.
There's no laundry, no showers, nothing.
We didn't feel safe here.
On the RV Parking there is water and electric for $25. Call the number (on the sign) and the lady will come up. Or go to the lady at the office (her home), 1000 ft north of the RV Parking. Look for a sign on your left that says Clark's and a sign 'Dumpstation', and walk the ramp up to the home.

Can confirm the pay area is someone's house. They did not have power but did say we could use the water and sewer for $10. This was a useful stop to empty the tanks and fill up on fresh water but we left and headed through Mojave instead of staying overnight at this site.

Easy in and out.

There did not appear to be many amenities, but it would be a good place to stop for an over night when passing through the area.

This place and the people that own it saved my life. I had a blowout on the freeway on my RV and ended up losing control and flipping my RV. I was towed off here into Baker and was stranded for 3 weeks until I found this place. Asked how much for a monthly space and it was very inexpensive only 350 plus utilities and they didn't make my dogs a big issue (pitbulls). Very laid back quiet people aren't nosey. I'm glad I find this place so I can stay here and get back on my feet. Very accommodating and understanding. Thank you for helping people and having good hearts.

Stayed for one night. Just a parking lot with full hookup. Lots of traffic noice (which we didn’t mind). Nice stop off for the money. Just call the phone number on the sign and she will direct you where to go.

We stayed in the no-frills gravel parking lot with full hookups closer to town; there are additional spots down the road near the office, but they did not have electric hookups at the time. There are five back-in spots in this lot and ample space — enough to easily maneuver the back-in and park your vehicle beside your RV. There are no bathrooms, showers, laundry services, or picnic tables. The manager, Annie, was kind and laid back.
The only downside to the park itself is the noise: it's right across the street from Mad Greek's semi lot where many trucks stay and their refrigeration compressors run all night. We also had a day or two where the residents behind us were playing loud music.
The location is great for seeing Mojave National Preserve and moving onto Death Valley; however, the town is set up for travelers: it's mostly gas stations and fast food restaurants. There are no grocery stores (save a small market/convenience store), laundromats, retail stores, pharmacies, doctors, etc. The park is walking distance from Los Dos Toritos, an excellent, family-owned Mexican restaurant.
