No, just water and power to limited sites. The rest dry camping. There is a Free Dump station about 30 miles away open 24hrs at the 5R Travel center in Deming, NM South of COR.

The closest dump station, free and with easy access is in Deming at the 5R / Valero fuel station.

The hot springs "next door" used to let you dump there for $10, which was handy if you were staying a long time at COR. I haven't been to COR in a while, though. Otherwise, it's the travel center just north of Deming.

I don't remember there being one. We have a composting toilet and use our black tank for grey too so it may just be that we didn't need it. But, there were vault toilets and often that means no dump. However, I know there is one at the Pilot station in Lordsburg and I believe there is one in Deming.
