There were plenty of larger 5th wheels but access is somewhat tight and some of the camping spots required driving overs rocks. We found a larger flat/mostly level one easily (31ft Class C). There is a boat dock turn around if you want to circle through for the best spot. The beach is rocky but our dog had access🥰 quiet too!

Beautiful site right on Bear Lake! Only a few campers in this huge campground! Plenty of privacy! Toilets open which is a plus. Picnic tables and fire rings at each site. Very quiet. Scenery is breathtaking! Easy to find...room for larger rigs. Wish we had time to stay longer!

What a little gem. Found this when we needed an over-nighter in April 2017. Gorgeous, right on the water and we had the place to ourselves. No amenities, water turned off this time of year but there were pit toilets and garbage containers. No problem finding a spot large enough for us (56ft end-end), easy pull in and out. Would ... more

No problem finding a spot large enough for us (56ft end-end), easy pull in and out. Would recommend for trailer but site was VERY rocky and you may struggle in you're in a tent.

This campground is NOT free although you can probably get by with not paying in the off season. $12 off season, $15 shoulder season, $20 high season. Open year-round

FYI. Pricing and campground reconfigure. We usually go here in the off season when it's cheaper so not sure if this change has been in place for awhile now or not. https://stateparks.utah.gov/parks/bear-lake/park-fees/ The sites have been re-configured. The sites have been re-configured. I think to have them farther from the lake so that pollution is limited. There is a campaign to keep the lake clean.
