The KOA Holiday is just down the street and is $110/night… might be fine for families with kids, but we just wanted a quiet place to park our motorhome while we visited family and saw the sights. We loved this stay. Manager put us behind the motel, which was very quiet. Plenty big enough for our 40’ class A and tow car. Most of the other residents work and are gone all day. Park has a nice middle area either grass, covered shelter, bbq area and a road running all the way around. Nice clean laundry (one washer and dryer in each restroom area, one for ladies and one for men. No other amenities but we did not miss them. Niagara Falls is just a few miles up the road, Buffalo less than 10. At one third the price of the KOA, it was perfect for us.

Campground is fine, spots are very close together, FHU, and fairly quiet. We didn’t use the bath/shower house, but I am pretty sure they had laundry facilities in there too. It is within 10 minutes (driving) of the Falls. I would stay there again!

Could be a diamond in the rough. Cute hotel and nice grounds with super clean restrooms. Unfortunately there are a couple permanent resident campers that arrive late and leave early with extremely loud mufflers on their trucks. Also, a trailer pulled in next to us about 10:30pm and was so loud setting up camp and constantly slamming doors. Well he and his buddies kept up the noise till about 2:30 am then seemed they left but came back at 4:30 am. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well at all. When we finally left I noticed 1 of the 3 trucks at his site and the driver was slumped over the steering wheel and a passenger had what looked to be a beer can in hand. Lucky us. Should not have picked site 13:(.

This is a no frills camp site and was perfect for us. We were here just to see Niagara Falls which is about 15 minutes down the road. It was not crowded but the sites are a little bit small. Who cares, we're not living here just passing through. Wifi was good Verizon good. Lots of options for food and shopping in the immediate area.

We really enjoyed our stay here when visiting Niagara Falls. It’s only 10ish min away from everything you need, including attractions and stores. It’s very simple RV place, but I wouldn’t say I was scared or anything. We visited nearby food places and main attractions, of course.

Yes, it's the nearest to the Falls, and maybe it's even OK enough, but the vibe here is downright creepy. The motel up front is utterly down-and-out. The RV park in the back is a fringe of nuts-to-butts gravel slots fringing a pavillion and open space, which made it look spacious on Google Earth, but we're stacked like cord wood in the campsites. So even having paid $101 for two nights here, we will leave tomorrow and find somewhere else, anywhere else, to stay. The grounds are free of trash, and my husb says the bathhouse looks clean, if old. I won't even walk up there, past the permanent residents of the motel who are grilling out back. Fortunately, the wifi was fast enough to get a reservation and get the hell out of here tomorrow. The owner or manager could not have been nicer about holding a spot for us with no prepayment. But, no, not here.

The location was great for visiting the falls. And it was easy enough to get in and out with our fifth wheel. Overall, it was quiet too.

We stayed 06/10/21- we paid $40 with our Passport America membership so being its 50 percent off the regular rate I have a hard time believing it’s $80 regularly. The grounds & shower house were clean and in good shape. The sites are sort of level and the WiFi was strong. The rates are questionable.
